规训者与被规训者——规训场域中教师角色的再审视

【摘要】:现代社会是规训社会,在规训场域中,教师作为一个矛盾的角色存在,其既是规训者,又是被规训者。在传统的观点中,教师往往被作为教育系统的强势群体即规训者看待,是权力的实施者,而很少提及教师其实也是被规训者,也是规训的受害者。教师作为规训者,用种种手段与策略规训着学生;教师也是被规训者,处于被规训的困境,承受着种种规训,带着镣铐与枷锁跳舞。教师需要超脱自身规训,在筹划、觉解、批判、忘却中寻求自身解放,在爱与尊重中解放学生,进而在以后的教学中更好地培养人,多一些教育、少一些规训,多一些灵魂的解放、少一些生命的禁锢。
[Abstract]:Modern society is a disciplined society. In the field of discipline, teachers exist as a contradictory role, which is both the disciplined and the disciplined. In the traditional view, teachers are often regarded as the strong group of the education system, that is, the disciplined, and are the implementers of power, and it is rarely mentioned that teachers are also disciplined and victims of discipline. As a disciplined person, teachers train students with various means and strategies; teachers are also disciplined, in the predicament of being disciplined, bearing all kinds of discipline, dancing with shackles and shackles. Teachers need to go beyond their own discipline, seek their own liberation in planning, awareness, criticism, forgetting, liberate students in love and respect, and then better train people, more education, and less discipline in future teaching. More liberation of the soul, less imprisonment of life.
