积极情绪与社会性目标线索对大学生人际信任的影响研究

【摘要】:社会人际信任水平除了受到个体的教育文化背景和交往对象的品质特征等固定因素的影响外,近年来的一些研究发现,个体的人际信任水平在特定的条件下会被个体自身感受到的不同积极性的情绪所影响。本研究采用了不同形式的情绪刺激材料,分别诱发被试的不同积极性的情绪,探究在不同条件与属性的情绪刺激下,个体的内隐人际信任水平差异及信任博弈情境游戏中的表现差异,验证经典情绪与信任理论在大学生群体中的现实预测作用。同时采用量表测试与实验结合的方法分析比较外显信任水平与内隐信任水平的状况,从信任游戏的情境实验中探讨对投资行为表现造成影响的社会性因素。研究采用信任量表测试与内隐关联词程序及投资博弈游戏相结合的调查方法,选取广州大学不同条件的大学生被试共140名作为调查对象进行调查,所得数据用SPSS 18.0软件进行处理,运用描述统计,t检验,F检验等方法对变量间关系进行分析,结果表明:(1)大学生被试的外显人际信任水平在性别与籍贯因素上的主效应显著,城镇男学生的信任水平高于农村男学生,女学生的总体人际信任得分高于男生;(2)在内隐人际信任IAT测试结果上,被试相容与不相容任务的反应时均值差在性别与籍贯因素上的主效应显著,男学生被试的内隐人际信任水平高于女学生,农村籍贯学生的内隐信任水平低于城镇籍贯学生;(3)在不同情绪属性与材料形式的刺激条件下的内隐人际信任IAT实验结果中,积极属性刺激组学生的内隐人际信任水平高于中性属性刺激组学生的水平;实验trial间隔为400ms时,积极属性词组刺激组被试与中性属性词组刺激组被试的信任水平差异显著;(4)在情绪诱发的投资博弈游戏中,情绪刺激的差异引起的大学生被试的投资额差异不显著,影响投资水平高低的主要因素是投资对象与被试自身的社会距离及对象的社会与经济地位,对象与被试距离越近,对象地位越高,被试的投资额越高,反之越低;大学生被试对亲人的信任水平最高且受其他特征影响较少。
[Abstract]:In addition to the fixed factors such as the educational and cultural background of the individual and the quality characteristics of the communication object, some studies in recent years have found that the level of interpersonal trust of the individual will be affected by the different positive emotions felt by the individual under certain conditions. In this study, different forms of emotional stimulation materials were used to induce different positive emotions, to explore the differences of implicit interpersonal trust level and performance in trust game under different conditions and attributes of emotional stimulation, and to verify the realistic predictive effect of classical emotion and trust theory in college students. At the same time, the method of scale test and experiment is used to analyze and compare the situation of explicit trust level and implicit trust level, and the social factors that affect the performance of investment behavior are discussed from the situational experiment of trust game. In this study, a total of 140 college students with different conditions in Guangzhou University were selected as subjects by using the method of trust scale test, implicit customs conjunction program and investment game. The data were processed by SPSS 18.0 software, and the relationship between variables was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t test, F test and so on. The results showed that: (1) the explicit interpersonal trust level of college students had a significant effect on gender and place of origin. The trust level of urban male students was higher than that of rural male students, and the overall interpersonal trust score of female students was higher than that of male students. (2) on the results of implicit interpersonal trust IAT test, the average response time difference between compatible and incompatible tasks had significant effect on gender and place of origin. The implicit interpersonal trust level of male students was higher than that of female students, and the implicit trust level of rural students was lower than that of urban students. (3) the implicit interpersonal trust level of the positive attribute stimulation group was higher than that of the neutral attribute stimulation group under the stimulation of different emotional attributes and material forms, and the trust level of the positive attribute word stimulation group was significantly different from that of the neutral attribute word stimulation group when the trial interval was 400ms. The results showed that the implicit interpersonal trust level of the active attribute stimulation group was higher than that of the neutral attribute stimulation group, and the trust level of the positive attribute word stimulation group was significantly higher than that of the neutral attribute stimulation group. (4) in the emotional induced investment game, there is no significant difference in the investment amount of college students caused by the difference of emotional stimulation. The main factors affecting the investment level are the social distance between the investment object and the subject itself and the social and economic status of the object. The closer the distance between the object and the subject, the higher the object status, the higher the investment amount, and the lower the investment. College students have the highest level of trust in their loved ones and are less affected by other characteristics.
