学会关心:从生物倾向到伦理关怀

【摘要】:1989年,联合国教科文组织将"学会关心"作为21世纪人才培养的目标。人类的关怀能力是一种进化而来的能力,动物与人类婴儿就具有生物关怀的倾向,能够关心身边的亲人与朋友,关心自己族群内部的成员。但是,在全球化世界,特别是随着互联网的发展,人与人之间相互联系,互相影响。在这种情形下,我们必须将生物倾向的自然关怀拓展到共同的伦理关怀,其中,学校教育发挥了重要的作用。共同伦理关怀的形成对社会族群的建立与维持、对培养具有国际视野的公民具有重要的作用。

However, in the globalized world, especially with the development of the Internet, people and people are in touch with each other and influence each other. In this situation, we must extend the natural care of the biological tendency to the common ethical concern, in which the school education plays an important role. The formation and maintenance of the common ethical concern has an important role in the development of the citizens with international visual field.
