以信息化促进民族地区义务教育均衡发展:机制与策略

【摘要】:义务教育均衡发展是当前民族教育工作的热点和重点,教育信息化是促进民族地区义务教育均衡发展的新的有效路径。以信息化促进民族地区义务教育均衡发展的机制是:信息化可以促进义务教育教学资源配置均衡、师资队伍发展均衡和教学质量均衡。其过程具有阶段性、动态性、长期性、滞后性、路径依赖性和多样性特点。以信息化促进民族地区义务教育均衡发展的优化策略是:教育信息化一体化是保障、教学应用是核心、机制创新是关键。
[Abstract]:The balanced development of compulsory education is the hot spot and key point of ethnic education at present, and educational informatization is a new and effective way to promote the balanced development of compulsory education in ethnic minority areas. The mechanism of promoting the balanced development of compulsory education in ethnic minority areas is that informatization can promote the balanced allocation of compulsory education teaching resources, the development of teaching staff and the balance of teaching quality. The process has the characteristics of stage, dynamics, long-term, lag, path dependence and diversity. The optimization strategy of promoting the balanced development of compulsory education in ethnic minority areas with informatization is as follows: the integration of educational informatization is the guarantee, the teaching application is the core, and the mechanism innovation is the key.
