地震灾区高中生人格特质与创伤后应激障碍症状程度的研究

【摘要】: 地震给不同人格特质的灾区高中生的身心方面带来的影响是不同的。本研究使用《艾森克人格问卷》和《创伤后应激障碍自评量表》对四川省广元市青川县高级中学的475名高中生进行了问卷调查,并结合访谈调查,对地震灾区高中生的人格特质和创伤后应激障碍症状程度之间的关系进行了探讨,以利于对不同人格特质的人进行心理干预提出一些相应的应对策略。 研究发现: 第一,地震灾区高中生的创伤后应激障碍症状程度较为严重,且在反复重现体验、回避症状和警觉性增高这三个维度上表现得尤为明显; 第二,从总体上看,地震灾区高中生的创伤后应激障碍症状程度在性别和年级上都存在显著差异,且地震灾区高中女生比男生的创伤后应激障碍症状程度高,高三年级学生的创伤后应激障碍症状程度显著高于高一、高二年级学生; 第三,在对创伤后应激障碍各个分维度的考察中得知:①在对创伤事件的主观评定维度上,地震灾区高中生在性别和年级上无显著差异;②在反复重现体验和警觉性增高维度上,地震灾区高中生在年级上无显著差异,而在性别上则存在显著差异,且女生的症状程度比男生高;③在回避症状维度上,地震灾区高中生在性别和年级上都存在着显著差异;且女生的症状程度比男生高,高三年级学生的症状程度显著高于高一、高二年级学生;④在社会功能受损维度上,地震灾区高中生在性别上无显著差异,而在年级上则存在显著差异,高三年级学生的社会功能受损程度显著高于高一、高二年级学生; 第四,不同人格特质的地震灾区高中生的创伤后应激障碍症状程度之间存在着显著的差异,具体地来看:地震灾区高中生的创伤后应激障碍症状程度在人格特质的精神质维度上不存在显著差异;而在内外倾性维度和神经质维度上则存在显著差异,具有典型内倾特质的地震灾区高中生的症状程度显著高于具有典型外倾特质的地震灾区高中生,具有神经质典型高特质的地震灾区高中生的创伤后应激障碍症状程度显著高于具有典型低特质的地震灾区高中生。 第五,地震给不同人格特质的灾区高中生带来的心灵伤害是不同的;对生活方面的影响远大于学习方面的影响;同时,感受也不同,具有典型内倾、神经质典型高特质的地震灾区高中生更容易出现消极情绪,而具有典型外倾、神经质典型低特质的地震灾区高中生则更容易出现积极情绪。
[Abstract]:Impact of physical and mental aspects of different personality traits to the earthquake disaster area high school students are different. This study used the Eysenck personality questionnaire > and < < PTSD checklist > 475 high school senior middle school in Qingchuan County, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province, the students conducted a questionnaire survey, combined with interview survey of the relationship between the earthquake stricken areas of high school students' personality and post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms were discussed, in order to facilitate the different personality psychological intervention and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
The study found that:
First, the post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms of high school students in earthquake hit areas are more severe, and they are especially evident in three dimensions of repeated experience, avoidance symptoms and alertness.
Second, on the whole, the earthquake stricken area high school students posttraumatic stress disorder symptoms in gender and grade had significant difference, and the earthquake disaster area high school girls than boys with PTSD symptoms, high degree of grade three students of PTSD symptoms was significantly higher than that of high grade students;
Third, in that the study of posttraumatic stress disorder in all dimensions: in the dimension of subjective assessment of traumatic events on the earthquake disaster area high school students had no significant difference in gender and grade; in the recurring experience and increased vigilance on the dimensions of earthquake disaster area high school students have no significant difference in grade, but significantly there is a difference in gender, symptoms and degree of girls is higher than boys; the avoidance symptoms dimension, high school students in the earthquake stricken areas of gender and grade have significant differences; and the symptoms of girls is higher than boys, senior grade students of the degree of symptoms was significantly higher than that of high school students; 4. Damaged in the social function dimension, earthquake disaster area high school students had no significant differences in gender, but there is significant difference in grade, degree of grade three students impaired social function was significantly higher than that of a high, high grade school Students;
Fourth, there are significant differences between different personality traits of the earthquake disaster area high school students PTSD symptoms, specifically: earthquake disaster area high school students posttraumatic stress disorder symptoms in psychoticism personality traits have no significant difference; while significant differences exist in the dimension of neuroticism and extroversion dimension, with typical characteristics of introversion earthquake disaster area high school students was significantly higher than that of the typical symptoms of extroversion speciality in earthquake disaster area high school students with high trait neuroticism typical earthquake high school students post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms was significantly higher than that of the typical low trait of the earthquake stricken students in high school.
Fifth, the earthquake disaster area high school students of different personality traits and the spiritual damage is different; impact on life is far greater than the learning effect; at the same time, different feelings, typical introversion, neuroticism trait of the typical high earthquake disaster area high school students are more prone to the negative emotions, and typical extraversion and neuroticism typical the earthquake low trait of senior high school students are more prone to positive emotions.
