【摘要】：目的 :探讨小学教师的心理健康状况。方法 :采用王极盛教授编制的《中国人心理健康量表》对262名小学教师进行测查。结果 :心理健康总体评分 ,有30.6 %的小学教师存在心理问题 ,其中2.7 %问题较严重。从区域上看 ,坝区小学教师心理问题较山区和城区小学教师严重。具体因子得分 ,各因子阳性症状比例在21 %～56 %之间 ,个别因子存在明显的性别差异。结论 :小学教师心理问题以心理承受力差和适应性差为主 ,情绪失调 ,人际敏感和抑郁也较为明显。
[Abstract]:Objective : To explore the mental health status of primary school teachers . Methods : The mental health status of 262 primary school teachers was investigated by using the Chinese Mental Health Scale ( Mental Health Scale ) compiled by Prof . Wang . Results : The psychological problems of primary school teachers in the dam area were more serious than those in the mountainous areas and urban areas .
