专业化视野中的高校教师专业素养研究

【摘要】: 专业素养是专门职业对从业人员的整体要求,因此在高校教师职业专业化的进程中,人们对专业素养给予了广泛的关注。高校教师是高等教育教学实践的主导者、研究的主体和改革的主力,高校教师的质量直接影响着高校的生命力,而要提高高校教师的质量,科学合理的专业素养是基本保证。本研究从专业化的视角出发,在文献研究的基础上,以多元思维的方式解构、评析不同的理论观点,进行比较、抽象、概括,采用系统分析的方法进行研究,把重点放在对高校教师专业素养系统的分析和有效提升高校教师专业素养的策略上,对高校教师专业素养的基础系统、动力系统、效率系统一一进行了细致地剖析,从而在一定程度上明确了高校教师专业发展所追求的理想素养的内涵,指明了高校教师的努力方向。 本文共分四个部分。第一部分,对教师专业化进行了理论解读,探讨了专业的内涵,诠释了专业的特征;对专业化及教师专业化的内涵进行了分析,并在此基础上,阐明了专业化对教师素养的要求。 第二部分,针对现实中高校教师专业素养缺失的表现进行了剖析,在高校教师的专业发展中,存在着一些不尽如人意的方面,主要表现在职业道德、知识结构、创新能力、科研能力、心理素质、信息素养以及专业意识等方面。这些问题的存在,严重的阻碍了高校教师专业水平的提升,不利于合理的专业素养的形成。由此可见,促进高校教师专业素养提升的必要性和紧迫性。 第三部分,从三个不同的维度:基础系统(高校教师的专业知识)、动力系统(高校教师的专业情意)、效率系统(高校教师的专业能力)多角度的对高校教师的专业素养这一系统进行了剖析。知识是高校教师为师从教的基本条件;专业情意是推动高校教师专业发展,并献身教育事业的根本动力;专业能力是促进高校教师的教育活动顺利进行并有效引导大学生发展的效率机制。 第四部分,从高校教师个体的专业自主发展、高校的职能和政府的作用三个方面论证了如何有效地提升高校教师的专业素养水平。谋求既以个体内部自主发展为主,又有外部力量的保障、促进,从而提升高校教师的专业化水平,形成合理的符合高等教育人才培养需要的系统的专业素养,以适应我国高等教育的发展,保障和提高高等教育的教育质量。
[Abstract]:Professional accomplishment is the overall requirement of the professional profession to the practitioners. Therefore, in the process of the professional specialization of teachers in colleges and universities, people pay extensive attention to the professional accomplishment. The teachers in colleges and universities are the dominant teachers in the teaching practice of higher education. The main body of the research and the main force of the reform, the quality of college teachers directly affect the vitality of colleges and universities, and to improve the quality of university teachers, scientific and reasonable professional accomplishment is the basic guarantee. On the basis of literature research, deconstructing in a multivariate way of thinking, analyzing different theoretical viewpoints, comparing, abstracting, generalizing, using the method of systematic analysis to carry on the research. Focusing on the analysis of the professional literacy system of university teachers and the strategies to effectively promote the professional quality of university teachers, the basic system, the power system and the efficiency system of the professional literacy of university teachers are analyzed in detail. To a certain extent, it clarifies the connotation of the ideal quality pursued by the professional development of university teachers, and points out the direction of university teachers' efforts. This paper is divided into four parts. In the first part, the author makes a theoretical interpretation of the specialization of teachers, probes into the connotation of the specialty and interprets the characteristics of the specialty, analyzes the connotation of the specialization and the specialization of the teacher, and on the basis of the analysis, This paper expounds the requirements of specialization for teachers' accomplishment. The second part analyzes the lack of professional literacy of college teachers in reality. In the professional development of university teachers, there are some unsatisfactory aspects, mainly reflected in professional ethics, knowledge structure, innovation ability. Scientific research ability, psychological quality, information literacy, professional consciousness and so on. The existence of these problems seriously hinders the improvement of the professional level of university teachers, and is not conducive to the formation of reasonable professional literacy. The necessity and urgency of promoting the professional quality of teachers in colleges and universities. Part three, From three different dimensions: basic system (professional knowledge of university teachers), power system (professional feelings of university teachers), efficiency system (professional ability of university teachers) multi-angle of the professional literacy of university teachers. Knowledge is the basic condition for college teachers to teach as teachers. Professional sentiment is the fundamental motive force to promote the professional development of college teachers and devote themselves to the cause of education, and the professional ability is the efficient mechanism to promote the smooth progress of college teachers' educational activities and effectively guide the development of college students. In the 4th part, the author demonstrates how to effectively promote the professional accomplishment of university teachers from three aspects: the independent development of individual teachers, the functions of colleges and universities and the role of government. In order to adapt to the development of higher education in China, there are also external forces to ensure and promote the professional level of teachers in colleges and universities, and form a systematic professional accomplishment that meets the needs of the cultivation of talents in higher education. Ensure and improve the quality of higher education.
