【摘要】:本文在追溯美国选择性教师培养路径发展过程的基础上,探讨分析了其兴起原因、主要类型引发的争议。同时指出,在克服传统教师培养模式的弊端的同时,选择性教师培养路径也存在着忽视教师培养系统性和专业性的问题。
[Abstract]:On the basis of tracing the development process of selective teacher training path in the United States, this paper probes into the reasons for its emergence and the controversy caused by its main types. At the same time, it points out that, while overcoming the disadvantages of the traditional teacher training mode, The selective teacher training path also has the problem of neglecting the systematic and professional nature of teacher training.
