教师职业道德失范的心理成因与应对策略

【摘要】: 教师职业道德一直是教育界和社会广泛关注的焦点问题,而随着经济社会的不断发展,在教师队伍中不断出现职业道德失范的案例,这大大影响了教师在人们心目中的形象,而且对学生的身心造成了严重影响,教师职业道德失范问题也成为了一个很普遍的社会问题。但从目前情况上来看,对职业道德失范问题的研究,大部分是从社会学和伦理学的角度分析,很少从教师自身的心理方面来探讨。教师职业道德失范行为的发生,应当也是教师心理问题的折射,研究教师职业道德失范的心理成因尤为重要。 本文在吸纳和继承前人研究成果的基础上,主要通过调查法与访谈法研究教师职业道德失范的问题,力图对教师职业道德失范的心理成因进行分析并提出应对策略。 全文共分为四大部分,第一部分为引言,其中包括对问题提出、研究的理论与实践价值、核心概念界定等的阐述;第二部分为文献综述,包括教师职业道德的产生与发展、教师职业道德规范、教师职业道德失范的国内外相关研究;第三部分为教师职业道德失范的心理成因分析;第四部分为教师职业道德失范的应对策略。 本文的结论是:教师职业道德失范问题已经成为一个较为普遍的问题,教师在“依法执教”、“爱岗敬业”、“热爱学生”、“严谨治学”、“团结协作”、“尊重家长”、“廉洁从教”、“为人师表”八个方面中已经出现了妨碍学生身心发展的各种不适当或不良的行为,并且对学生造成了很深的影响,而这些行为大部分都是由于教师的职业压力过大导致的心理问题的反应,例如焦躁、孤独、压抑等心理问题。
[Abstract]:The professional ethics of teachers has always been the focus of attention of the educational circles and the society. With the development of the economy and society, there have been cases of professional ethics loss in the teachers' ranks, which has greatly affected the image of teachers in people's minds. Moreover, it has had a serious impact on students' physical and mental health, and the problem of teachers' professional ethics anomie has also become a very common social problem. However, from the current situation, the study on the problem of professional ethics anomie has become a very common one. Most of them are analyzed from the angle of sociology and ethics, but rarely from the psychological aspect of teachers themselves. The occurrence of teachers' professional ethics anomie behavior should also be the reflection of teachers' psychological problems. It is particularly important to study the psychological causes of teachers' professional ethics anomie. On the basis of absorbing and inheriting the previous research results, this paper mainly studies the problem of teachers' professional ethics anomie by means of investigation and interview, and tries to analyze the psychological causes of teachers' professional ethics anomie and put forward some countermeasures. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, which includes the elaboration of the questions, the theoretical and practical value of the research, the definition of the core concepts, etc. The second part is the literature review, including the emergence and development of teachers' professional ethics. Teachers' professional ethics norms, teachers' professional ethics of the relevant research at home and abroad; the third part is the psychological causes of teachers' professional ethics anomie; the fourth part is the coping strategies of teachers' professional ethics anomie. The conclusion of this paper is that the problem of teachers' professional ethics anomie has become a relatively common problem. In the eight aspects of "teaching according to law", "loving one's profession", "loving one's career", "loving students", "rigorous study", "unity and cooperation", "respecting parents", "being honest in teaching" and "being good teachers", teachers have appeared various inappropriate or bad behaviors that hinder the students' physical and mental development. And it has a deep influence on students, and most of these behaviors are the reaction of psychological problems caused by teachers' occupational stress, such as anxiety, loneliness, depression and so on.
