团体心理辅导对改善班级状况的研究

【摘要】:目的探讨团体心理辅导对改善大学生人际关系和大学班集体健康状况的影响。方法采用团体心理辅导的方式对1个班级的45名同学进行为期1个月的训练。结果大学生的总体人际困扰程度后测得分显著低于前测得分(t=-2.88,P0.01);大学生在人际交谈困扰程度(t=-2.46,P0.05)、人际交往困扰程度(t=-2.88,P0.05)2个维度上的得分均显著低于前测,班集体健康度也有一定程度的提高,其中团体成员贡献水平的后测得分显著高于前测得分(t=2.27,P0.05)。结论团体心理辅导能够降低大学生的人际困扰程度和提高班集体的健康度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of group psychological counseling on the improvement of college students' interpersonal relationship and class health. Methods 45 students in one class were trained by group counseling for one month. The post-test scores of the total interpersonal distress of college students were significantly lower than those of the pre-test scores, and the scores of the two dimensions were significantly lower than those of the pre-test, and the scores of the two dimensions were significantly lower than those of the pre-test, and the scores of the two dimensions were significantly lower than those of the pre-test, and the scores of the two dimensions were significantly lower than those of the pre-test, and the scores of the two dimensions were significantly lower than those of the pre-test. The posttest score of group members' contribution level was significantly higher than that of pre-test scores (2.27 / P0.05). Conclusion Group psychological counseling can reduce the degree of interpersonal distress of college students and improve their class health.
