教师合作:厘清与反思

【摘要】:鉴于教师合作的诸问题讨论需要建立在对教师合作概念的深度理解上,本文以合作为源头,通过对教师合作概念的梳理分析,力图从教师合作理念由来的角度澄清其内涵,并在教师合作与教师独立工作关系的反思中深化对教师合作概念的完整理解,以避免教师合作讨论中出现的表层化现状描述、平面化问题解释、感性化策略建构的趋向。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the discussion of the problems of teacher cooperation needs to be based on a deep understanding of the concept of teacher cooperation, this paper takes cooperation as the source and tries to clarify its connotation from the perspective of the origin of the concept of teacher cooperation by combing and analyzing the concept of teacher cooperation. And in the reflection of the relationship between teachers' cooperation and teachers' independent work, we should deepen the complete understanding of the concept of teacher cooperation, so as to avoid the tendency of superficial situation description, planarization problem explanation and perceptual strategy construction in teacher cooperation discussion.
