英国ELLI项目学习力理论解读及启示

【摘要】:国内外对学习力理论的研究主要集中在管理和教育两大领域。当前,我国已有研究多是借鉴国外管理领域学习力理论成果,而学习力理论在国外教育领域的研究至今还未引起足够的重视。本文基于教育领域研究视角,对英国"有效终身学习编目"项目学习力理论的概念起源、主要研究成果及实践应用进行细致解读,在总结该项目经验的同时提出几点启示,以期对我国中小学课堂上如何培养适应终身时代发展的有效学习者提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:At home and abroad, the research on the theory of learning ability is mainly focused on the two fields of management and education. At present, most of the research in our country is based on the theory of learning ability in the field of management abroad. However, the theory of learning ability has not been paid enough attention to in the field of education abroad. Based on the perspective of educational research, this paper gives the origin of the concept of learning ability theory of "effective lifelong learning cataloguing" project in Britain. The main research results and practical application are interpreted in detail, and some enlightenments are put forward while summing up the experience of the project, in order to provide reference to how to train effective learners who adapt to the development of lifelong era in the classroom of primary and secondary schools in our country.
