教研组建设之我见

【摘要】:正一、教研组建设的缘由教研组最初被定义为分科教学研究的组织,它并不是学校中的行政组织。此时的"教学研究"究竟是何种研究呢?1952年1月教育部发布的《中学教研组工作条例(草案)》规定:学习有关中学的教育方针、政策和指示;研究教学大纲、教材和教学方法;结合教学工作钻研教育理论和专业科学知识;总结、交流教学和指导课外活动的经验。
[Abstract]:First, the reason for the construction of the teaching and research group was originally defined as the division of teaching and research organization, it is not an administrative organization in the school.In January 1952, the regulations on the work of the Middle School Teaching and Research Group (draft) issued by the Ministry of Education: study the educational policy, policy and instruction of the middle school, study the syllabus, teaching materials and teaching methods;Combine teaching work to study educational theory and professional scientific knowledge, summarize, exchange experience of teaching and guiding extracurricular activities.
