新课改背景下高中地理教师专业素养探究

【摘要】:为了加强基础教育,提高中华民族全民素质,使现代教育能符合新时代的要求,充分培养和发挥学生的创造性,提高学生的实践能力和综合素质,党和国家于2001年正式启动新一轮的基础教育课程改革,颁布了《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》(2001),全面大力推进基新一轮础教育课程改革工作。 新课程改革对教师提出了新的、更高的要求。因此,伴随着新课程改革的进一步实施,人们也更加强调教师在自身素质上的提高与发展。教师的角色已经由过去传统的教书匠形象发展成为集知识传授、能力培养、教育科研、道德培养、学习评价、行政管理等角色于一身的专业化人才。教师逐步走上一条专业化、多样化、立体化的发展道路。这也就意味着在新课程改革全面实行的今天,教师要全面提高自己的职业素养,,走上教师发展的专业化道路。 由于地理学科自身的特殊性,以及新课改对学生发展提出的要求,地理教师所具备的职业素养应该更为全面。本文试图结合笔者的实际教育工作经历,通过对新课程理念的分析,初步探讨了新课改背景下教师职业素养的构成。笔者从高中地理教师的教学现状出发,结合教育学、心理学、地理教学论、管理学等多学科的理论知识作为指导,综合运用了文献研究、案例法、实践法、总结法、资料分析法等方法,提出地理教师应该具备的职业素养结构,为广大地理教师提供可供参考和努力的范式,明确教新课改对地理教师的要求。地理教师的职业素养包括知识素养、能力素养、心理素养和职业道德素养四个方面,本文结合教育理论和具体教学实践分析了每个素养结构下新课改究对地理教师的要求。
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen the basic education, improve the national quality of the Chinese nation, make the modern education meet the requirements of the new era, fully cultivate and give play to the students' creativity, and improve the students' practical ability and comprehensive quality,In 2001, the Party and the government officially launched a new round of basic education curriculum reform, promulgated the outline of basic Education Curriculum Reform (trial), and promoted the basic and new round of basic education curriculum reform in an all-round way.The new curriculum reform has put forward new and higher requirements for teachers.Therefore, with the further implementation of the new curriculum reform, people also pay more attention to the improvement and development of teachers' own quality.The role of teachers has been developed from the traditional image of teaching craftsmen to professional talents with the roles of knowledge imparting, ability training, educational scientific research, moral training, learning evaluation, administration and so on.Teachers step by step on a professional, diversified, three-dimensional development.This means that teachers should improve their professional qualities and take the professional road of teachers' development when the new curriculum reform is carried out in an all-round way.Due to the particularity of geography and the requirement of new curriculum reform, geography teachers should have more comprehensive professional accomplishment.This article attempts to combine the author's actual education work experience, through the analysis of the new curriculum concept, preliminarily discusses the composition of teachers' professional accomplishment under the background of the new curriculum reform.Based on the present teaching situation of geography teachers in senior high school, combined with the theory of pedagogy, psychology, geography teaching, management and so on, the author synthetically applied literature research, case law, practice method, summary method, etc.By means of data analysis and other methods, this paper puts forward the professional literacy structure that geography teachers should possess, provides a paradigm for reference and hard work for geography teachers, and clarifies the requirements of teaching new curriculum reform for geography teachers.Geography teachers' professional literacy includes four aspects: knowledge, ability, psychology and professional ethics. This paper analyzes the requirements of the new curriculum reform under each literacy structure based on the educational theory and specific teaching practice.
