教育网站的教学服务功能建设研究

【摘要】: 伴随全球互联网的普及和国家教育部“校校通”工程的推广应用,作为国家教育发展战略的重要部分,教育网站得到了迅速发展,在全国各院校呈现出一片繁荣的景象,正在成为一种强有力的教学、学习工具与管理工具,在促进教育信息资源建设,加强学校和教师的信息化认知意识,弥补教育差距等方面发挥了积极作用。尤其是借助于国家政策的支持和资金的大量投入,在网站硬件环境建设和资源建设上都取得了较大成绩,为教育现代化的跨越式发展做出了较大的贡献。但是随着科技的发展和Web2.0时代的到来,简单的网络学习平台搭建和单一的资源仓储已经无法满足教育多样化的需要,也无法跟上时代发展的潮流。 虽然全国大大小小的教育网站的类型、栏目结构、栏目内容都有很大的差异,但是它们提供的服务功能主要有以下两个方面:一是教育资讯服务功能,主要是提供教育新闻、教育动态、政策法规、公报公告等教育信息服务;另一方面是教学服务功能,主要是网上教学、学习管理、教学保障、资源提供、交流互动以及其它与教学相关内容的服务。即除了提供资讯类信息服务功能之外,能够发掘互动平台的作用,辅助支持各类教育教学活动的其它相关服务功能。该功能的质量优劣往往决定着教育网站的质量。 目前国内的教育网站,数量大、形式多样,但是真正能够提供优秀教学服务功能的网站并不多。据统计,国内多数教育网站中,教育资讯服务类栏目的设置率最高,占到90%以上,而与教学相关的服务栏目只占到了10%左右。这些网站注重信息发布、网站宣传功能,但对教学支持以及资源建设与教学应用密切结合等功能挖掘不够。而且,仅占到10%的教学服务形式单一,开放性差、参与面窄,有的仅仅是单向的、简单的资源仓储,实用性有限、教学促进作用不大,无法满足教学改革的多样化需求。这与当前web2.0时代提倡的参与、互动、协作、个性化以及思维训练和创造能力培养的网络学习特征和社会需求存在较大矛盾。所以紧跟教育网站的教学服务功能发展的趋势、适应学习者不断变化的需求,加强教学服务功能的建设,是提高教育网站质量的前提和保证。 本文通过文献法、观察法、比较法、问卷调查法,首先从分析相关的国内外研究现状和发展趋势入手,并在此基础之上确定论文的研究内容和研究目标。其次,对教育网站的相关概念和类型进行阐述,将教学服务功能从教育网站功能中相对分离出来,对教学服务功能进行针对性的研究分析。选取K12中国中小学教育教学网、101远程教育网、信息技术教师之家以及新浪教育频道这4个具有代表性的教育网站为研究对象,针对这几个教育网站的教学服务功能从学习平台搭建和资源建设两个方面进行梳理,分析和总结出各自的优势和问题。再则,通过网络在线调查掌握教育网站浏览者的应用情况和需求状况,利用Excel和SPSS将收集到的数据进行处理,分析调查结果,为后续研究提供了理论和数据上的支持。 然后,在具体理论的指导下,从网络学习平台和资源库建设两个方面对教育网站的教学服务功能展开详细的研究。通过剖析web2.0时代网络发展的特点以及带来的新技术对网络学习环境的诸多影响,归纳出了教育网站网络学习平台的建设方向,同时依据21世纪对人才关键素质的培养要求即从培养学生的自学能力、思维能力和创新能力出发,提出了教育网站资源库的建设方向。 最后依据上述的结论,结合目前教育网站的教学服务功能应用现状以及需求情况,阐述了对于教育网站的教学服务功能建设的几点建议并设计出教育网站教学服务功能结构模块图,然后以K12中小学教育教学网为例,分析它的栏目结构和教学服务功能,总结该网站教学服务功能存在的问题,依据教学服务功能结构模块图对该网站提出相应的教学服务功能改进建议,从而为教育网站的教学服务功能建设提供参考性的样本。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of the global Internet and the popularization and application of the "school school" project of the Ministry of education of the state, as an important part of the national education development strategy, the educational website has developed rapidly, showing a prosperous scene in all colleges and universities all over the country, and is becoming a powerful teaching, learning tool and management tool to promote the education letter. It has played an active role in the construction of interest resources, strengthening the awareness of information cognition of schools and teachers, and making up the gap of education. In particular, with the support of national policy and the large investment of funds, great achievements have been made in the construction of the hardware environment of the website and the construction of resources, which has made great progress for the leap forward development of education modernization. But with the development of science and technology and the arrival of the Web2.0 era, simple network learning platform building and single resource storage can not meet the needs of education diversification, and can not keep up with the trend of the development of the times.
Although there are great differences in the types of educational websites, column structure and column content, the service functions are mainly in two aspects: the first is the educational information service function, mainly providing educational information services such as education news, education dynamics, policies and regulations, bulletin bulletins and other educational information services; on the other hand, it is teaching. Service functions mainly include online teaching, learning management, teaching guarantee, resource provision, communication and interaction and other services related to teaching. In addition to providing information service functions, it can explore the role of interactive platform and support other related service functions of various educational and educational activities. The quality of this function is excellent. Inferiority often determines the quality of educational websites.
At present, there are large numbers and various forms of educational websites in China, but there are not many websites that can provide excellent teaching service functions. According to statistics, most education websites have the highest setting rate in most educational websites, accounting for more than 90%, and only about 10% of the service columns related to teaching. These websites pay attention to information. However, only 10% of the teaching service forms are single, the opening is poor, the participation is narrow, some are only one way, the simple resource storage, the limited practicality, the little teaching promotion, and the inability to meet the reform of teaching. There is a great contradiction between the characteristics of the network learning and the social needs of the participation, interaction, collaboration, individuation, thinking training and creative ability, which are advocated in the Web2.0 era. So it is closely related to the trend of the development of teaching service function of the educational website, adapting to the changing needs of the learners and strengthening the function of teaching service. Construction is the premise and guarantee for improving the quality of educational websites.
This paper, through the literature, observation, comparison and questionnaire, begins with the analysis of the relevant domestic and foreign research status and development trend, and on this basis determines the research content and research objectives of the paper. Secondly, the related concepts and types of educational websites are expounded, and the function of teaching service is relative to the function of educational websites. This paper separates and analyzes the teaching service function, and selects K12 China primary and secondary education network, 101 distance education network, information technology teacher's home and Sina education channel, which are 4 representative educational websites as the research object, and build the teaching service function of these educational websites from the learning platform. Two aspects of resources construction are combed, and their advantages and problems are analyzed and summarized. Then, the application and demand of the educational website visitors are mastered through online online survey. The data collected by Excel and SPSS are processed and the results are analyzed, and the support of theory and data is provided for the follow-up research.
Then, under the guidance of the specific theory, this paper makes a detailed study of the teaching service function of the educational website from two aspects of the network learning platform and the construction of the resource base. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the network development in the Web2.0 era and the many effects of the new technology on the network learning environment, the construction of the network learning platform of the educational website is concluded. At the same time, according to the training requirements for the key qualities of talents in twenty-first Century, the direction of the construction of educational website resource base is put forward from the training of students' self-learning ability, thinking ability and innovation ability.
Finally, according to the above conclusion, combining with the present situation of the teaching service function application and the demand situation of the educational website, this paper expounds some suggestions on the teaching service function construction of the educational website and designs the function structure module diagram of the education website teaching service, and then takes the K12 primary and secondary education network as an example to analyze its column structure. With the function of teaching service, this paper summarizes the existing problems in the teaching service function of the website, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the function of teaching service according to the function structure diagram of the teaching service, so as to provide a reference sample for the teaching service function construction of the educational website.
