基于系统论视角的华南理工大学网络高等教育教学管理研究

【摘要】: 我国自1999年开展网络高等教育以来,规模迅速扩大,网络大学人数累计已经超过300万。网络高等教育给每位学习者提供全新的学习机会的同时,却带来了教学质量的大幅度滑坡,其关键是网络高等教育的教学管理不到位,制度不完善,对教学过程缺乏有效控制等。网络高等教育教学管理是网络高等教育大系统中的一个子系统,是大学网络教育学院管理的重要组成部分,是网络教育学院管理的核心,也是网络高等教育质量控制的中心,更是教学质量的重要保障,其管理水平的高低,直接关系到教学质量的好坏。如何有效提高网络高等教育教学管理的水平,使管理规范化、现代化,切实保障教学目标的实现,论文结合作者多年从事网络高等教育教学管理的经验与思考,以华南理工大学(简为“华工”,下同)网络教育学院为研究对象,从网络高等教育教学管理的基本概念和特点入手,依据现代远程教育理论、现代学习理论和系统管理论的原则,以马克思主义认识论的基本原理为指导,通过查阅文献,问卷调查,实地调研、观察和座谈走访等方式,对目前华工网络高等教育教学管理中出现的主要问题进行深入分析,提出运用系统论的观点和方法,从系统论视角,对网络高等教育教学管理系统的输入、过程和输出各要素进行考查和分析,构建科学合理的教学管理系统模型,并在此模型基础上,从提高网络教育学院教学管理水平的控制措施,提高网络教育学院教学管理系统输入因子的素质,提高网络教育学院教学管理系统的过程保证,提高网络教育学院教学管理系统输出因子的科学管理和监控,以及提高网络教育学院教学管理系统的信息反馈管理等几个方面提出具体的解决对策。 论文首先介绍了研究的背景和意义,研究思路、方法,以及研究现状;接着阐述了网络高等教育教学管理的基本理念、特征和内容,并与传统高等教育教学管理进行了比较分析,重点介绍了网络高等教育教学管理的理论基础;然后归纳总结了华南理工大学网络高等教育教学管理的现状,并对存在的问题进行深入系统的分析;最后从系统的角度,引入系统论的观点和方法来探究提高华工网络高等教育教学管理水平的解决对策。
[Abstract]:Since our country launched the network higher education in 1999, the scale expands rapidly, the accumulative total number of the network university already exceeded 3 million. While providing every learner with new learning opportunities, network higher education has brought a great decline in teaching quality. The key is that the teaching management of network higher education is not in place and the system is not perfect. Lack of effective control over the teaching process. The teaching management of network higher education is a subsystem of the network higher education system, an important part of the management of the college of network education, the core of the management of the network education college, and the center of the quality control of the network higher education. It is also an important guarantee of teaching quality, and its management level is directly related to the quality of teaching. How to effectively improve the level of teaching management of network higher education, make the management standardized, modernized, and ensure the realization of teaching objectives, the paper combines the author's experience and thinking in teaching management of network higher education for many years. Taking the Institute of Network Education of South China University of Science and Technology ("Chinese worker") as the research object, starting with the basic concepts and characteristics of the teaching management of network higher education, according to the theory of modern distance education, The principles of modern learning theory and system management theory are guided by the basic principles of Marxist epistemology, and through consulting documents, questionnaires, field investigations, observation and interviews, etc. This paper makes a deep analysis of the main problems in the teaching management of China's network higher education, and puts forward the views and methods of using the system theory to input the teaching management system of the network higher education from the perspective of the system theory. The process and output factors are examined and analyzed, and a scientific and reasonable teaching management system model is constructed. On the basis of this model, the control measures to improve the teaching management level of network education colleges are proposed. To improve the quality of the input factors of the teaching management system of the network education college, to improve the process guarantee of the teaching management system of the network education college, and to improve the scientific management and monitoring of the output factors of the teaching management system of the network education college. This paper also puts forward some concrete countermeasures to improve the information feedback management in the teaching management system of the network education college. The paper first introduces the background and significance of the research, research ideas, methods, and research status quo, and then describes the basic concepts, characteristics and contents of the teaching management of network higher education. And then compared with the traditional teaching management of higher education, this paper mainly introduces the theoretical basis of network higher education teaching management, and then summarizes the current situation of network higher education teaching management in South China University of Technology. Finally, from the system point of view, the author introduces the viewpoint and method of system theory to explore the solutions to improve the teaching management level of Chinese higher education on network.
