江苏省苏南地区普通高校健美操教师信息素养的研究

【摘要】: 随着教育信息化和教师专业化的不断发展,信息素养不仅成为评价人才综合能力的一项重要指标,而且成为教师必备的一种基本素养。在经济条件优越的江苏省苏南地区,普通高校的体育教学、训练和科研的信息硬件环境建设逐步完善,其中,体育教育信息系统的灵魂和核心——体育教师的信息素养却没有受到充分的重视。健美操作为高校体育的主要课程,其项目具有信息量大、更新快、信息处理复杂、应用创新的特点,并且健美操的教学特点和环境具备了采用现代信息技术进行教学改革的条件。为此,研究高校健美操教师的信息素养,不仅对促进高校健美操教学、训练和科研的现代化发展,推动高校体育教育的信息化进程具有理论和现实意义,而且对于其它学科教师信息素养的研究也具有一定借鉴作用。 本文以江苏省苏南地区普通高校健美操教师作为研究对象,综合运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等多种研究方法,从理论方面阐述了健美操教师信息素养的层次和结构体系,并对健美操教师的信息素养现状、影响因素进行了研究分析,提出了相应的对策。 结果显示: (1)江苏省苏南地区普通高校的大多数健美操教师具有较好的基本信息素养:对信息及信息素养重要性的认知很好;能自觉抵制不良信息;信息知识掌握一般,基本的计算机和网络操作较好;基本的信息能力尚可。 (2)江苏省苏南地区普通高校的大多数健美操教师的专业信息素养不容乐观:重视健美操教学信息,忽视训练信息的收集;遵守信息道德尚好,对学生信息道德教育不多;学习理论知识很缺乏,专业软件技能非常薄弱;专业信息获取、处理能力一般,信息应用能力亟待提高。 (3)江苏省苏南地区普通高校大多数健美操教师的科研信息素养不强:科研信息收集的自觉程度一般;科研信息道德的认知和行为很好;科研信息检索知识较少、信息获取渠道单一;科研成果的数量尚可、质量一般。 (4)江苏省苏南地区普通高校大多数健美操教师的终身学习信息素养较差:对利用信息技术进行终身学习和创新的重要性认识较好;信息道德伦理的认知尚可,信息安全行为不佳;对较复杂的信息知识技能掌握很差;信息活动中创新能力和利用信息技术终身学习的能力不够。 (5)苏南地区普通高校健美操教师的整体信息素养水平不高,各层次息素养之间发展不平衡,各层次信息素养内部发展也不一致。大部分健美操教师基本信息素养较好,但中层次的专业信息素养不强,高层次的发展信息素养不太理想。 (6)影响苏南地区普通高校健美操教师专业信息素养的主要因素前3项是:专业资源少、对信息化教学不重视、专业软件使用水平低;影响科研信息素养的主要因素前3项是:缺少学术交流、科研时间少、科研能力低。 发展对策: (1)完善健美操信息资源建设:整合健美操网络资源,建设学校健美操信息资源。 (2)强化健美操教师自身建设:树立现代教育观念、提高信息知识与技能、促进信息技术的应用。 (3)加强健美操信息交流:加强健美操教学和比赛交流、加强健美操科研交流。
[Abstract]:With the development of education informationization and teacher ' s specialization , information literacy not only becomes an important index for evaluating talents ' comprehensive ability , but also becomes a necessary basic accomplishment for teachers .


Based on the study of aerobics teachers in Jiangsu Province , this paper comprehensively applies the methods of literature , questionnaire , interview and so on , expounds the level and structure system of the teachers ' information literacy from the theory aspect , and analyzes the present situation and influencing factors of the information literacy of aerobics teachers , and puts forward corresponding countermeasures .


The results show that :


( 1 ) Most of the aerobics teachers in Jiangsu Province of Jiangsu Province have better basic information literacy : good cognition about the importance of information and information literacy ; can consciously resist the bad information ; the information knowledge is mastered generally , the basic computer and the network are operated better ; and the basic information capability is still available .


( 2 ) The professional information literacy of most aerobics teachers in Jiangsu Province of Jiangsu Province is not optimistic : the teaching information of aerobics is neglected , the collection of training information is ignored , the information morality is good , the information moral education of the students is not much , the knowledge of the study is very weak , the professional software skills are very weak , the professional information acquisition and the processing ability are general , and the information application ability is urgently needed to be improved .


( 3 ) The scientific information literacy of most aerobics teachers in Jiangsu Province is not strong : the degree of self - consciousness of scientific research information collection is generally ; the cognition and behavior of scientific information ethics are good ; the knowledge of scientific research information retrieval is less , the channel of information acquisition is single ; the quantity of scientific research results is still available , and the quality is general .


( 4 ) The information literacy of life - long learning of most aerobics teachers in Jiangsu Province is poor : the importance of using information technology to carry out lifelong learning and innovation is better ; the cognition of information ethics ethics is not good ; information security is poorly understood ; and the ability to innovate and utilize information technology for lifelong learning is not enough .


( 5 ) The overall information literacy level of the aerobics teachers in Jiangsu Province is not high , the development of each level of information literacy is not balanced , and the internal development of each level of information literacy is inconsistent . Most of the aerobics teachers have good basic information literacy , but the professional information literacy of the middle level is not strong , and the development information literacy of the high level is not ideal .


( 6 ) The three main factors influencing the professional information literacy of aerobics teachers in Jiangsu Province are : few professional resources , no attention to information teaching , low use level of professional software , and three main factors influencing the information literacy of scientific research : lack of academic exchange , less scientific research time and low scientific research ability .


Development countermeasures :


( 1 ) Improve the construction of aerobics information resources : integrate the aerobics network resources and build the school aerobics information resources .


( 2 ) To strengthen the teacher ' s own construction : set up the modern educational idea , improve the information knowledge and skills , and promote the application of information technology .


( 3 ) To strengthen the information exchange of aerobics : strengthen the teaching of aerobics teaching and the exchange of competition , and strengthen the scientific research and communication of aerobics .
