高中生生活事件、社会支持和应对方式与抑郁的关系研究

【摘要】: 高中阶段是个体生理和心理发展以及适应社会的重要阶段,这个时期中学生各方面都还没有成熟,对很多事件的反应很强烈,又不善处理,这就会加重他们的心理负担,从而出现一系列心理、行为上的问题。从有关中学生心理健康的研究中可知,抑郁是影响中学生心理健康的主要问题之一。因此对高中生抑郁状况的调查,研究抑郁的影响因素,为有效预防和干预青少年抑郁提供一些理论解释和指导方法,很有现实意义。 本研究选取株洲地区2所普通高中、2所示范高中的学生,共12个班600人,通过高中生生活事件量表、社会支持量表、应对方式量表及抑郁量表的调查,揭示高中生抑郁状况,研究结果表明: 1.抑郁是高中生较为普遍存在的心理问题,检出率较高,应予以关注。 2.高中生抑郁状况在不同年级、不同学校间存在显著差异。 3.影响高中生的主要负性生活事件包括学业、人际关系、适应等方面。 4.生活事件与抑郁显著正相关,社会支持、应对方式与抑郁显著负相关。 5.社会支持在生活事件与抑郁间具有显著的调节作用。高社会支持不论在低生活事件组和高生活事件组均能使抑郁水平下降,在高生活事件组能更加显著降低抑郁水平。 6.应对方式在生活事件与抑郁间具有显著的调节作用。积极应对不论在低生活事件组和高生活事件组均能使抑郁水平降低,在高生活事件组能更显著的降低抑郁水平。
[Abstract]:The senior middle school stage is an important stage for individual physical and psychological development and adaptation to society. In this period, the middle school students are not mature in all aspects. The reaction to many incidents is very strong, and they are not well handled. This will increase their psychological burden. As a result, a series of psychological, behavioral problems. According to the research on mental health of middle school students, depression is one of the main problems affecting the mental health of middle school students. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to investigate the depression status of senior high school students and to study the influencing factors of depression in order to provide some theoretical explanations and guidance methods for the effective prevention and intervention of adolescent depression. In this study, 600 students in 12 classes were selected from 2 ordinary high schools in Zhuzhou, and the depression status of high school students was revealed by life events scale, social support scale, coping style scale and depression scale. The results show that: 1. Depression is a common psychological problem in high school students. 2. There were significant differences in depression among different grades and schools. 3. The main negative life events affecting high school students include study, interpersonal relationship, adaptation and so on. 4. Life events were positively correlated with depression, while social support and coping styles were negatively correlated with depression. 5. Social support plays a significant role in regulating life events and depression. High social support decreased the depression level in both the low life event group and the high life event group, and significantly decreased the depression level in the high life event group. 6. Coping styles play a significant role in regulating life events and depression. Positive coping can lower the depression level both in the low life event group and the high life event group, and lower the depression level more significantly in the high life event group.
