特色学校建设的伦理关怀

【摘要】:教育的伦理规定性决定了特色学校建设应当具有伦理关怀的品性。特色学校建设必须基于对教育内在利益的深刻理解和把握,促进儿童生动活泼且个性化地发展应成为特色学校建设首要的和根本的目的。特色学校建设应平等地关怀每一个儿童,为儿童的兴趣扩展和个性成长提供平等的机会和平台,儿童在特色学校建设中应受到平等关怀和对待。特色学校建设必须尊重儿童的尊严,将儿童作为享有人格尊严的独立主体。特色学校建设应是为儿童着想的,儿童的自由和健康发展是特色学校的目的所在,儿童不是特色学校建设、"展示"的工具。
[Abstract]:The ethical stipulation of education determines that the construction of characteristic schools should have the character of ethical concern. The construction of characteristic schools must be based on the profound understanding and grasp of the inherent interests of education, and promote the lively and individualized development of children should become the primary and fundamental purpose of the construction of characteristic schools. The construction of characteristic schools should care for every child equally and provide equal opportunities and platforms for children's interest expansion and personality development. Children should be treated with equal care and treatment in the construction of characteristic schools. The construction of characteristic schools must respect the dignity of children and regard children as independent subjects with human dignity. The construction of characteristic school should be for the sake of children, and the free and healthy development of children is the purpose of characteristic school, and children are not the tool of characteristic school construction and "display".
