【摘要】： 当今家庭德育问题主要表现在:德育智育发展不平衡,家长缺乏教育素养,行为养成方式重他律轻自律。这些问题产生的根源是家庭德育中,家长居于主体地位,没有调动孩子的主动性,孩子大多处于被动接受的局面。解决当今家庭德育问题的关键是在家庭德育中推行自我教育。所谓家庭德育中的自我教育就是在家长的引导下,孩子正确认识自己的道德现状,提出适应社会发展的新的道德要求,在新的道德要求的指引下自我监督,自我控制,自我调节,达到预期的道德效果,然后用自己认可的价值观对自己进行评价,形成对自己的新的道德认识。家庭德育的自我教育的过程是自我道德教育循环上升的过程,包括自我认识、自我要求、自我践行、自我评价四个环节。孩子的自我教育能力并非与生俱来,家庭德育中未成年人自我教育是未成年人自我教育能力逐渐形成的过程,是接受教育的自觉状态,即导向式自我教育。因此,在家庭德育中,孩子的自我教育需要家长以孩子为主体,给与孩子有效的指导。家长要优化自我教育的家庭环境,增强孩子自我教育的主体意识,加强孩子自我教育环节的正确引导,帮助孩子完成自我教育的整个过程,逐步形成自我教育的能力。家庭德育中的自我教育以马克思主义生产力理论和矛盾论为理论依据,是德育主体原则的集中体现,马克思的人的全面发展理论规定了自我教育的终极目标。家庭德育中的自我教育的推行既是教育理论发展的必然,也是当今社会培养创新人才、解决家庭德育问题的客观要求。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the problems of family moral education are as follows: the development of moral education is not balanced, the parents lack of educational accomplishment, and the way of behavior cultivation puts emphasis on heteronomy rather than self-discipline. The root of these problems is that in the family moral education, the parents are in the main position, and the children are mostly in the passive acceptance situation without mobilizing their children's initiative. The key to solve the problem of family moral education is to carry out self-education in family moral education. The so-called self-education in the family moral education is under the guidance of the parents, children correctly understand their own moral status quo, put forward new moral requirements to adapt to the social development, self-supervision and self-control under the guidance of the new moral requirements. Self-regulation to achieve the expected moral effect, and then use their own values to evaluate themselves to form a new moral understanding of their own. The process of self-education in family moral education is a rising process of self-moral education, which includes four links: self-cognition, self-requirement, self-practice and self-evaluation. Children's self-education ability is not innate. In family moral education, minors' self-education is the process of forming minors' self-education ability, and it is the conscious state of receiving education, that is, guided self-education. Therefore, in the family moral education, the child's self-education needs the parents to take the child as the main body, gives the child effective instruction. Parents should optimize the family environment of self-education, strengthen their children's subjective consciousness of self-education, strengthen the correct guidance of their children's self-education links, help them complete the whole process of self-education, and gradually form the ability of self-education. Self-education in family moral education is based on Marxist theory of productive forces and contradiction theory, which is the concentrated embodiment of the principle of subject of moral education. Marx's theory of man's all-round development stipulates the ultimate goal of self-education. The implementation of self-education in family moral education is not only the necessity of the development of educational theory, but also the objective requirement of cultivating innovative talents and solving the problems of family moral education in today's society.
