以人的全面发展观为指导的“双师”型教师队伍建设探析

【摘要】: 人的全面发展是社会进步的必然要求和具体体现,是马克思主义的一个重要理论观点。马克思指出,任何人的职责、使命和任务就是全面地发展自己的一切能力。这一思想对我国当今的高等职业教育有着深刻的启示。 培养全面发展的人才,是马克思的重要思想,是社会主义教育方针的根本任务和目标。马克思主义关于人的全面发展思想启示我们:在中国高等教育由精英教育向大众教育转轨的历史时期,作为高职院校,要发挥应有的职能,要有宏观的战略眼光,关注人的整体和谐与发展,培养出适应社会需要的高素质的劳动者。要培养出符合生产第一线需要的高层次应用性人才,职业教育自身必须拥有具有深厚的理论知识和较强的实践能力、一专多能的“双师型”教师队伍。 本文论述了马克思的人的全面发展理论与职业教育的发展之间的关系,针对高职教育师资队伍现状的分析,以及现代社会对人才培养越来越全面的要求,阐述了加强“双师型”教师队伍建设的必要性,探讨了“双师型”教师队伍建设的措施。
[Abstract]:The all-round development of human being is the inevitable requirement and concrete embodiment of social progress and an important theoretical viewpoint of Marxism. Marx pointed out that anyone's duty, mission and task is to develop all their abilities. This thought has the profound enlightenment to our country present higher vocational education. It is the important thought of Marx and the basic task and goal of socialist education policy to train all-round development talents. Marxist thoughts on the all-round development of human beings enlighten us: in the historical period of the transition from elite education to mass education in China's higher education, as a vocational college, it is necessary to play its due functions and to have a macroscopic strategic vision. Pay attention to the overall harmony and development of people, cultivate high-quality workers to meet the needs of society. In order to cultivate high-level applied talents who meet the needs of the first line of production, vocational education itself must have profound theoretical knowledge and strong practical ability, and have a team of "double qualified" teachers with multiple abilities. This paper discusses the relationship between Marx's theory of all-round development of human beings and the development of vocational education, analyzes the present situation of teachers in higher vocational education, and the demands of modern society for the cultivation of more and more comprehensive talents. This paper expounds the necessity of strengthening the construction of the "double qualified" teachers, and probes into the measures for the construction of the "double-qualified" teachers.
