初中生自尊发展及其干预性研究

【摘要】: 自尊属于自我系统中的情感和认知成分,是个人对自我价值和自我能力的积极情感体验和认知评价。自尊是心理健康的重要指标之一,对心理健康有重要的保护作用。 本研究首先选取大连市一所中学的全体学生为研究对象,采用《中小学自尊自我评定问卷》、《师生关系满意度量表》和《同伴关系满意度量表》对其进行集体测量,探讨初中生自尊发展的年级、性别特点以及师生关系、同伴关系对自尊发展的影响机制。然后基于研究一找到干预自尊的有效载体和形式,确定对自尊实施干预训练的关键期,筛选出自尊发展不良的被试。最后采用自编的自尊团体训练方案对14名低自尊被试进行自尊团体训练,探讨自尊团体训练对自尊发展水平的影响,试图寻求提高自尊发展不良学生心理健康水平的有效途径。研究结果表明: (1)初中生自尊发展存在年级差异,初一学生的自尊水平显著的高于初二、初三,初二自尊发展出现转折;初中生自尊发展存在性别差异,女生发展显著好于男生; (2)师生关系和同伴关系是学校中影响初中生自尊发展的重要因素,并且同伴关系在师生关系影响自尊发展中起部分中介作用; (3)经过自尊团体训练,实验组的自尊水平与实验前相比明显地提高了,与控制组相比提高亦极为显著,说明自尊团体训练是提高初中学生自尊水平的有效形式和方法。
[Abstract]:Self esteem belongs to the emotional and cognitive components of the self system. It is an individual's positive emotional experience and cognitive evaluation of self value and self ability. Self esteem is one of the important indicators of mental health and has an important protective effect on mental health.
This study first selected all the students in a middle school in Dalian as the research object, using the self-assessment questionnaire for self-esteem of primary and secondary schools, the satisfaction scale of teacher-student relationship and the scale of peer relationship satisfaction, to explore the grade, the sexual special point and the relationship between teachers and students, and the development of self-esteem. And then based on the study of the effective carrier and form of finding the self-respect, the key period of the self-respect training was determined, and the subjects with self-respect development were screened out. Finally, the self-respect group training program was used to carry out self-respect training for 14 low self-esteem subjects and to explore the level of self-esteem development. This study attempts to find an effective way to improve the mental health level of unhealthy students.
(1) there are grade differences in self-esteem development of junior high school students. The level of self-esteem of primary school students is significantly higher than that in junior middle school.
(2) teacher-student relationship and peer relationship are important factors affecting the self-esteem development of junior high school students, and peer relationship plays a partial intermediary role in the influence of teacher-student relationship on the development of self-esteem.
(3) after the self-respect group training, the self-esteem level of the experimental group is obviously improved compared with that before the experiment, and the improvement of the self-respect group is also significantly higher than that in the control group. It shows that the self-respect group training is an effective form and method to improve the self-esteem level of the junior high school students.
