离异家庭中职生心理健康问题调查与研究

【摘要】: 随着社会发展和人们多元化观念的出现,人们不仅对物质需求的程度越来越高,而且对自己的内心体验和情感的重视程度超过以往任何一个时期,婚姻观念的转变导致了社会上相当数量的离异家庭不断涌现,有许多离异家庭子女存在不同程度的心理问题,影响了他们的健康发展。国内外很多学者对离异家庭子女的心理健康状况进行了研究,但结论并不统一。因此,本文以了解离异家庭中职生的心理健康问题为出发点,通过问卷调查法对离异家庭中职生的心理健康状况进行了调查,并对离异家庭中职生的影响因素进行了深入探究,为离异家庭学生的健康发展提出了切实可行的对策和建议。 目的:通过调查了解离异家庭中职生心理健康现状,分析离异家庭中职生心理健康问题的成因,探讨离异家庭中职生的心理辅导措施,促进离异家庭中职生心理健康水平的提高。 对象与方法:随机抽取辽宁省鞍山市卫生学校、第一中等职业技术学校、旅游职业学校、机电工业学校、广播电视中专五所学校的学生作为研究对象。分别选取一、二年级来自离异家庭的学生组成离异家庭组,在与离异家庭学生同一班级中随机抽取同性别的完整家庭学生与之匹配(按1:2的原则),作为完整家庭组。有效被试数为1290人,其中离异组430人(男205,女225),完整组860人(男410,女450)。 采用问卷调查法,主要研究工具有:一般状况问卷;SCL-90症状自评量表;青少年生活事件量表;父母教养方式问卷;亲子关系问卷。一周后复查25%的研究对象,复相关系数为0.84。采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。 结果: 1.离异家庭与完型家庭子女心理健康状况的总体比较:离异家庭的SCL-90各因子分均高于完型家庭,两组存在显著差异;离异家庭子女各因子分大于3的发生率均高于完型家庭子女,两组在敌对、抑郁、强迫方面存在显著差异;离异家庭子女在各因子上受青少年生活事件的影响率均高于完型家庭子女。其中,离异家庭子女在学习压力、受惩罚、丧失因子方面存在显著差异;离异家庭子女父母情感温暖理解分(FF1、MF1)显著低于完型家庭子女,在父母惩罚严厉分(FF2、MF4)上,离异家庭子女显著高于完型家庭子女(P0.01);离异家庭子女在尺度3父亲、尺度3母亲、尺度2母亲、尺度1父亲、尺度6父亲的分值显著低于完型家庭子女,在尺度4母亲、尺度4父亲、尺度5父亲、尺度5母亲分值上显著高于完型家庭子女。 2.影响离异家庭子女心理健康状况的因素:父母教养方式、经济状况、性别是影响离异家庭子女心理健康状况的主要因素。民主型教养方式最有利于离异家庭子女的心理健康,其余依次为严厉型、忽视型教养方式,放纵型教养方式最不利于离异家庭子女的心理健康。在经济方面,低收入家庭与高收入家庭相比在各因子水平均存在显著差异,低收入家庭学生的心理问题明显多于高收入家庭学生;在性别方面,男孩在焦虑、抑郁方面的心理问题明显多于女孩,女孩在恐惧方面的心理问题明显多于男孩。 结论: 1.离异家庭中职生与完型家庭中职生的心理健康状况存在显著差异。 2.父母教养方式、经济状况、性别是影响离异家庭子女心理健康状况的重要因素。 3.建立家庭、学校、社会三位一体的教育模式,优化离异家庭子女的生存和发展环境,提高他们的适应性,促进他们身心的健康发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the emergence of people's concept of diversity, people not only have a higher level of material demand, but also more attention to their inner experience and emotion than in any previous period. The change of marriage concept has led to the emergence of a considerable number of divorced families in the society, and the existence of many divorced families. Different degrees of psychological problems have affected their healthy development. Many scholars at home and abroad have studied the mental health of children in divorced families, but the conclusions are not uniform. Therefore, this article is based on understanding the psychological health problems of secondary vocational students in divorced families, and the psychological health of the secondary vocational students in divorced families through the investigation method. The situation was investigated and the influencing factors of the secondary vocational students in divorced families were deeply explored, and practical countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the healthy development of divorced family students.
Objective: To investigate the psychological health status of secondary vocational students in divorced families, to analyze the causes of mental health problems in divorced families, and to explore the psychological counselling measures of secondary vocational students in divorced families, and to promote the improvement of the mental health level of secondary vocational students in divorced families.
Objects and methods: the students of five schools in five schools, namely, Anshan city health school, the first secondary vocational and technical school, the tourism vocational school, the mechanical and electrical industry school and the radio and Television secondary school, were selected to select the first and two grade students from divorced families into the divorced family group, in the same class with the divorced family students. A random sampling of homosexual family students (according to the principle of 1:2) was used as a complete family group. The number of effective subjects was 1290, of which 430 were in the divorced group (205 men, 225 women) and 860 in the complete group (410 men and 450 women).
Using the questionnaire survey method, the main research tools were: general status questionnaire, SCL-90 symptom checklist, adolescent life event scale, parental rearing style questionnaire, parent-child relationship questionnaire, 25% research subjects after one week, and the correlation coefficient of 0.84. was analyzed by SPSS13.0 software.
Result:
1. the overall comparison of the mental health status of children from divorced families and finished families: the scores of SCL-90 factors in divorced families are higher than those in the finished family, and there are significant differences in the two groups. The incidence of each factor of the children of divorced families is higher than 3, and the two groups have significant differences in hostility, depression and compulsion; the children of divorced families are different. The influence rate of young life events on all factors is higher than that of the children of the finished family. Among them, the children of divorced families have significant differences in the learning pressure, punishment and loss factors; the parents' emotional warmth (FF1, MF1) in divorced families is significantly lower than the children of the finished family, and the parents' severe score (FF2, MF4) and the divorced family are in the parents' punishment. The children of the tribunal were significantly higher than the children of the finished family (P0.01); the children of the divorced families were significantly lower than the children in the scale 3 father, the scale 3 mother, the scale 2 mother, the scale 1 father, the scale 6 father, and the scale 4 mother, the scale 4 father, the scale 5 father, and the scale 5 parent score.
2. the factors affecting the mental health of children in divorced families: parental rearing style, economic status and sex are the main factors affecting the mental health of children in divorced families. Democratic upbringing is the most beneficial to the mental health of children in divorced families. The rest are in turn to be severe, neglect type, and the most unfavourable rearing style. In the economic aspect, the low income family and the high income family have significant differences compared with the high income families. The psychological problems of the students in the low income families are more than those of the high income families; in the gender aspect, the boys are anxious, the depression is more than the girls, and the girls are in the fear side. The psychological problems of the face are more than the boys.
Conclusion:
1. there are significant differences in mental health between secondary vocational school students and family members of divorced families.
2. parental rearing style, economic status and gender are important factors affecting the mental health of children of divorced families.
3. establish the three in one education model of family, school and society, optimize the living and development environment of children of divorced families, improve their adaptability and promote the healthy development of their body and mind.
