教师职前教育课程设置的中英比较

【摘要】: 教师教育是对教师培养和培训的统称,是实现教师终身学习、终身发展的历史要求。教育目标是培养什么样的人,课程设置的目标是通过什么样的方式以什么样的内容来完成培养什么样人的过程。“以学校为基地”的英国教师教育模式,以及具有特色的BED(Bachelor of Education)课程、PGCE(Postgraduate Certificate of Education)课程,它们各自有着独特的课程设置体系。为此,本人基于前人的研究,对英国教师职前教育课程的设置,进行系统的评述和分析,把握英国教师职前教育课程的现状,对中英教师职前教育课程进行比较,为我国教师教育朝着综合化、高等教育化和国际化发展提供可资借鉴的经验。 全文共分五部分:第一部分是论文引言,在这一部分首先进行了文献综述,然后叙述了本研究的背景,指出了进行本研究的思路及所用的方法,最后对本文所涉及到的几个基本概念进行了解释。第二部分,概述了英国教师职前教育设置的特点。第三部分,回顾了中英教师教育的发展历程,再从培养机构、课程目标、课程结构和课程内容四个主要纬度对中英两国教师职前教育课程设置进行比较;第四部分,通过以上论述,指出我国教师职前教育课程设置中存在的问题。第五部分,提出英国教师职前教育课程设置对我国的启示。
[Abstract]:Teacher education is a general term for teacher training and training, and a historical requirement for the lifelong learning and development of teachers. The goal of education is to cultivate what kind of person, and the goal of curriculum is to complete the process of cultivating what kind of person by what kind of content. The "school-based" British teacher education model, as well as the characteristic BED (Bachelor of Education) (Postgraduate Certificate of Education) curriculum, each has its own unique curriculum system. Therefore, based on the previous research, I make a systematic comment and analysis on the setting of teacher pre-service education curriculum in Britain, grasp the present situation of teacher pre-service education curriculum in Britain, and compare the Chinese and British pre-service education curriculum. It can be used for reference for the integration, higher education and international development of teacher education in China. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction of the paper. In this part, the literature review is first carried out, then the background of this study is described, and the ideas and methods used in this study are pointed out. Finally, some basic concepts involved in this paper are explained. The second part summarizes the characteristics of teacher pre-service education in Britain. In the third part, the author reviews the development of teacher education in China and Britain, and compares the teacher pre-service education curriculum between China and Britain from four main aspects: training institutions, curriculum objectives, curriculum structure and curriculum content. Through the above discussion, pointed out the teacher pre-service education curriculum in our country existing problems. In the fifth part, the author puts forward the enlightenment of teacher pre-service education curriculum to our country.
