从《学记》到《大学》的师道逻辑

【摘要】：正中国是一个有着悠久尊师传统的国家,翻开儒家的传统经典,讲为师之道最有代表性的应该首推《学记》和《大学》两部作品。《学记》中深刻地阐述了为学之道和教学原则,提出了"能为师然后能为长,能为长然后能为君"的逻辑;《大学》中则系统地阐述了修己待人之道。重温这些经典,品味其中的为师之道,对于加强教师自身的修为有一定的借鉴意义。概括起来,这两大经典中揭示的教师素质主要表现在以下四个方面。
[Abstract]:China is a country with a long tradition of respecting teachers. Those who read the Confucian classics and say that they are the most representative of the way of being teachers should first put forward two works, "Learning Records" and "University". The Tao of Learning and the principles of Teaching are deeply expounded in the Book of Learning. This paper puts forward the logic of "can be a teacher and then can be a long, can be a long and then can be a monarch". Reviewing these classics and savoring the way of being a teacher has certain reference significance for strengthening the teacher's own revision. To sum up, the teachers' qualities revealed in these two classics are mainly shown in the following four aspects.
