构建新型教师权威的思考

【摘要】: 关于“教师权威”问题的研究一直是教育热点问题。在当今的课堂上存在着两种不合理且又极端相反的现象,即:滥用教师权力或是否定教师权威。这二者都是社会所不提倡的,不利于教育的发展和学生的健康成长。面对这一实际情况,论文对教师权威的发展历史进行了全面的梳理,对教师权威进行了全新的思考,分析了教师权威的现实困境,阐述了新型教师权威的时代内涵,提出了新型教师权威构建策略,从而有利于教育教学的顺利展开。 论文共分四部分:教师权威解析;树立教师权威的意义探讨;我国教师权威的困境及分析;构建新型合理的教师权威。 一、教师权威的解析。主要探讨了什么是教师权威,分析了教师权威的相关概念,历史发展,特征。通过把握教师权威的内涵及其与教师权利、教师威信之间的区别与联系,从而真正地理解教师权威固有的本质特征。 二、教师权威的意义探讨。在了解了教师权威的基本情况之后,论文从实践中加以引导,提出了教师权威存在的意义,即:有助于教师的自我提高;有助于完善学生的身心健康;有助于教学任务的完成;有助于维持教学秩序。 三、我国教师权威存在的问题分析。当前教师权威现状可以归结为以下两个方面:教师权威的弱化;教师权威的强化。针对这些问题,论文分析了造成弱化和强化的原因,并指出为了适应时代民主性的要求,新型教师权威的构建势在必行。 四、新型教师权威的构建。论文分析了新型教师权威内涵,提出合理解决目前教师权威存在问题的对策,从教师权威的内在生成和外在保障体系两个方面来构建新型教师权威。
[Abstract]:The research on "teacher authority" has always been a hot issue in education. There are two kinds of unreasonable and extreme opposite phenomena in the classroom nowadays, that is, abusing teacher's power or denying teacher's authority. Both are not advocated by the society, which is not conducive to the development of education and healthy growth of students. In the face of this fact, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the development history of teacher authority, analyzes the realistic predicament of teacher authority, and expounds the connotation of the new type of teacher authority. This paper puts forward a new construction strategy of teacher authority, which is conducive to the smooth development of education and teaching. The paper is divided into four parts: analysis of teacher authority; discussion on the significance of establishing teacher authority; dilemma and analysis of teacher authority in our country; construction of new and reasonable teacher authority. First, the analysis of the authority of teachers. This paper mainly discusses what is teacher authority, and analyzes the related concepts, historical development and characteristics of teacher authority. Through grasping the connotation of teacher authority and the difference and relation between teacher authority and teacher authority, the author can really understand the inherent essential characteristics of teacher authority. Second, the significance of teacher authority. After understanding the basic situation of teacher authority, the paper gives guidance from practice and puts forward the significance of teacher authority, that is, it is helpful to teachers' self-improvement, to the improvement of students' physical and mental health, to the accomplishment of teaching tasks, and to the improvement of teachers' physical and mental health. It helps to maintain order in teaching. Third, the analysis of the problems existing in the authority of teachers in our country. The present situation of teacher authority can be summed up in the following two aspects: the weakening of teacher authority and the strengthening of teacher authority. In view of these problems, the paper analyzes the causes of weakening and strengthening, and points out that in order to meet the requirements of democracy in the times, it is imperative to construct the authority of new teachers. Fourth, the construction of new teacher authority. This paper analyzes the connotation of new-type teacher authority, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the existing problems of teacher authority reasonably, and constructs the new-type teacher authority from two aspects: the internal generation of teacher authority and the external guarantee system.
