卢梭《爱弥儿》教师角色观

【摘要】: 《爱弥儿》是法国教育思想家卢梭的一部代表作,卢梭通过叙述爱弥儿从出生到成人的受教育过程,塑造一个独特的教师形象。这部著作蕴含丰富的教育思想,教师角色观是其中很独特的一部分。全书分为五卷,前四卷按时间顺序描述爱弥儿的成长经历,第五卷讨论女子教育与爱情教育等问题。教师角色观的内容主要蕴含在前四卷中。 教师与婴儿期爱弥儿平等相处和交流,促进他成长,由此卢梭表达出婴幼儿的教师角色主要是陪伴者。教师作为陪伴者,应该是年轻的、聪慧的,还要有一颗赤子之心,这些素质都帮助教师更好地胜任婴幼儿的教学工作。 根据儿童期爱弥儿善于模仿的心理特点,卢梭认为教师应该主要扮演榜样的角色。他还提出,教师作为榜样,应该先成人。教师成人,根据《爱弥儿》中的描述,就是要热爱儿童,这为榜样的角色增添人文关怀的色彩。 少年时期是爱弥儿发展智力的时期,此时教师扮演的角色主要是引导者。教师的主要任务是指导孩子选择知识,采用问答交流的方式引导学生思考。 青春期的爱弥儿是一个脱离少年状态的男子,卢梭明确指出教师此阶段主要扮演朋友的角色。《爱弥儿》从三个方面描述教师从朋友的角度帮助学生:一是教师促进年轻人独立求知;二是教师通过交谈了解学生的心理;三是教师帮助学生戒除不良嗜好。 《爱弥儿》对教师在学生不同成长期四种主要角色的描述,蕴含着一种独特的教师角色观:它是全程式的教师角色观,因为它是从一个学生全程式的培养中生发出来的;它是变化的教师角色观,因为它的四种角色对应不同阶段学生的需要,当学生的状态改变时,教师的角色也随之改变。《爱弥儿》教师角色观旨在展示一种进行全程式教育的教师形象。这种教师是通用型的教师,他可以满足不同年龄层次的学生需求,一人扮演多种角色。无论学生处在何种教育阶段,教师都可以胜任那个阶段的教育工作。
[Abstract]:Emile is a masterpiece of Rousseau, a French educational thinker. Rousseau portrays a unique image of a teacher by narrating the educational process from birth to adulthood. This book contains abundant educational thought, the teacher's role view is a very unique part of it. The first four volumes describe Emile's growing up in chronological order, and the fifth discusses women's education and love education. The content of teacher's role view is mainly contained in the first four volumes. Teacher and infant Emie get along and communicate equally, promote his growth, so Rousseau expresses that the teacher role of infant is mainly companion. Teachers as companions should be young, intelligent, and also have a heart of children, these qualities help teachers better qualified for the teaching of infants. According to the psychological characteristics of childhood Emile, Rousseau believes that teachers should play the role of role model. He also suggested that teachers, as role models, should first grow up. Adult teachers, as described in Element, love children, adding a touch of humanistic care to the role of role models. In adolescence, when Emile develops intelligence, teachers play a leading role. The teacher's main task is to guide children to choose knowledge, and to guide students to think by means of question-and-answer communication. Adolescent Amy is a man out of his teens, Rousseau clearly pointed out that teachers mainly play the role of friends at this stage. "Emile" describes teachers helping students from the point of view of friends from three aspects: first, teachers promote young people's independent knowledge, second, teachers understand students' psychology through conversation; Thirdly, teachers help students to get rid of bad habits. The description of teachers' four main roles in different stages of students' growth contains a unique view of teacher's role: it is a whole-course view of teacher's role. Because it is born out of a student's whole process of training; it is a changing view of the teacher's role, because its four roles correspond to the needs of students at different stages, when the student's state changes. The role of teachers changes with it. The idea of teacher's role aims to show a kind of teacher image of the whole process education. This type of teacher is a general-purpose teacher who can meet the needs of students of all ages and play multiple roles. No matter at any stage of education, teachers are competent for that stage of education.
