当前学校德育实效性研究误区及其应对

【摘要】: “学校德育实效性研究”不仅是一个理论问题,而且是一个实践问题,它在正确评价我国当前学校德育现状、提高学校德育效果方面发挥着极其重要的作用。然而,通过对已有研究文献的梳理,发现学校德育实效性研究在不断取得发展的同时也步入了研究的误区。首先,学校德育实效性高低判断的困惑。无论是认定当前学校德育实效性过低与否,当前的学校德育实效性研究都是从感性的角度进行论说,缺乏必要的事实依据和逻辑起点。其次,学校德育和学校德育评价的“异化”倾向,即将学校德育划归其他教育的范畴,或是将其他学校中其他教育划归学校德育的范畴。第三,学校德育承担的责任泛化。当前不少学校德育工作者和研究者总是要求学校在德育过程中发挥更大的作用,这是过高估计了学校德育对社会道德规范的影响。 学校德育实效性研究之所以会出现这样的研究误区,主要受三个方面的因素影响:对于学校德育实效性评判标准设制不当,包括德育目标定位不合理和德育评价片面化;学校德育实效性评判与时代结合不足,包括学校德育理念对社会变革的影响未能形成积极有效的认识、学校德育忽视了网络的影响;主体性德育的异化。而走出学校德育实效性研究误区的途径,笔者认为主要需要建构多层次、开放性的实效性研究体系;厘清学校、家庭、社会各自的德育责任;还原学校德育的主体意义。
