兰州市家庭选择课外辅导的影响因素之质性研究

【摘要】: 课外辅导热潮席卷全球,成为一个牵动千家万户的热门话题;课外辅导研究逐渐兴起,但就研究主题和研究方法而言,仍是一个亟待深入拓展的研究领域;课外辅导产业发展迅速,是“钱景”光明的“朝阳”产业。本论文以兰州市为研究区域,主要采用文献研究法和质的研究方法,对国内外课外辅导研究文献进行了回顾和梳理,对8位课外辅导当事人进行了访谈。本文的研究重点是阐释课外辅导的内涵,厘清其外延,了解家庭或其成员选择课外辅导的概况,着重探讨家庭选择课外辅导的影响因素,并提出可行的政策建议。 本论文分为四个部分。 第一部分是引言,包括研究缘起、研究问题、研究区域、文献综述。 第二部分是研究方法和过程,本文的研究方法是质的研究方法和文献研究法;研究过程主要包括研究对象的抽样、进入研究现场、收集资料、整理分析资料和研究结果的成文。 第三部分是研究结果,介绍了研究对象选择或从事课外辅导的概况。从当事人、重要他人、教育体制等方面对影响因素分类加以论述,其中与课外辅导当事人相关的因素,包括孩子的成绩和能力;家长的教育经历和体验;辅导老师及其代表的课外辅导服务的优点或特性。与重要他人相关的因素,包括孩子同学的辅导选择行为;孩子的学校老师的教学水平,及其对学生和家长的辅导要求、暗示或建议。与教育体制相关的因素,包括课本、减负、择校和应试。讨论了研究结果的效度、推论和研究的伦理道德问题。 第四部分是政策建议。以访谈中家长、学生和辅导老师等当事人反映的事实为依据,结合其他研究者的观点,从家庭选择课外辅导的影响因素入手,提出政策建议,主要是调查处理有偿补课、理性对待“有偿家教”、完善提高学校教育和妥善应对民众的教育需求。
[Abstract]:Extracurricular tutoring craze has swept the world and become a hot topic affecting thousands of families. Extracurricular tutoring research is gradually rising, but in terms of research topics and research methods, it is still a research field that needs to be further developed. Extracurricular tutoring industry is developing rapidly and is a bright "sunrise" industry. Taking Lanzhou as the research area, this paper mainly adopts the literature research method and the qualitative research method, reviews and combs the domestic and foreign extracurricular tutoring research literature, and interviews 8 extracurricular tutoring parties. The research emphasis of this paper is to explain the connotation of extracurricular tutoring, clarify its extension, understand the general situation of family or its members' choice of extracurricular tutoring, probe into the influencing factors of family's choice of extracurricular tutoring, and put forward some feasible policy suggestions. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, including the origin of the study, research issues, research areas, literature review. The second part is the research method and process, the research method of this paper is the qualitative research method and the literature research method, the research process mainly includes the research object sampling, enters the research spot, collects the data, arranges the analysis data and the research result writing. The third part is the research results, introduced the research object selection or engaged in extracurricular tutoring. This paper discusses the classification of the influencing factors from the aspects of the parties, important others, educational system and so on, including the factors related to extracurricular counseling, including the achievement and ability of the children, the educational experience and experience of the parents, and so on. The advantages or characteristics of extracurricular tutoring services provided by tutoring teachers and their representatives. Factors related to important others, including the child's peer counseling choice behavior, the teaching level of the child's school teacher, and their guidance requirements for students and parents, hints or suggestions. Factors related to the educational system, including textbooks, burden reduction, school selection and exam-taking. The validity, inference and ethical problems of the research results are discussed. The fourth part is the policy suggestion. On the basis of the facts reflected by parents, students and tutoring teachers in interviews, combining with the views of other researchers, and starting with the factors affecting the family choice of extracurricular counseling, the author puts forward some policy suggestions, which are mainly the investigation and handling of paid supplementary classes. Rational treatment of "paid family education", improve school education and properly meet the educational needs of the public.
