【摘要】: 教师的心理健康与学生身心的健康成长、教师自身的健康及学校的教育教学质量息息相关,所以研究教师心理健康具有重要的理论和现实意义。自20世纪70年代以来,国外就针对教师职业压力、职业倦怠等问题进行有针对性的研究,研究表明教师的职业压力是导致教师出现情绪不稳定和心理疾病的重要原因,如莫名的压抑、焦虑、烦躁、失落、自身缺乏安全感、丧失工作信心、感到身心疲惫、对生活失去方向等等。 本文共分为四部分: 第一部分主要是从教师心理健康标准,教师心理状况的调查,国内中学教师心理健康问题的类型,教师心理健康干预,教师心理健康的研究方法等五个方面对前人关于心理教师心理健康状况进行总结和概况,并指出其研究的优点和不足。 第二部分运用SCL-90自评量表,从年龄,学历,性别三个方面对中学教师测试,并对测试结果进行分析并总结出产生这种情况的相关原因。 第三部分针对前面统计分析的结果从总体上指出目前中学教师心理健康问题主要是由于不正确的评价体制,教育改革的挑战,教师职业特点等方面的外外部因素和教师自身素质较低,部分教师自身性格制约,心理冲突等内部因素造成的。 第四部分针对目前教师心理健康问题的现状提出相应的调节策略,主要包括在全社会形成尊师重教的风气,加强教师心理健康的自我维护,促进教师廉洁从教,建立良好的师生关系,积极参与继续教育,进行职业生涯规划,建立正确的价值观念、营造宽松的心理环境等方面。
[Abstract]:The mental health of teachers is closely related to the healthy growth of students, the health of teachers themselves and the quality of education and teaching in schools. Since 1970s, foreign countries have carried out targeted research on teachers' occupational pressure, job burnout and other issues. The research shows that teachers' professional stress is an important cause of emotional instability and psychological illness, such as inexplicable depression, anxiety, irritability, loss of confidence, lack of security. Feeling physically and mentally tired, losing direction to life and so on. This paper is divided into four parts: The first part is mainly from the teachers' mental health standards, the investigation of teachers' psychological status, the types of teachers' mental health problems in middle schools, and the intervention of teachers' mental health. This paper summarizes and summarizes the mental health status of psychological teachers from five aspects, such as the research methods of teachers' mental health, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of the research. The second part uses SCL-90 self-rating scale to test middle school teachers from three aspects of age, education and sex, and analyzes the test results and summarizes the relevant reasons for this situation. The third part points out that the psychological health problems of middle school teachers are mainly due to the incorrect evaluation system and the challenge of education reform. The external and external factors of teachers' professional characteristics and teachers' own quality are relatively low, some teachers' own personality constraints, psychological conflicts and other internal factors. The 4th part puts forward the corresponding adjustment strategies for the current situation of teachers' mental health problems, mainly including the formation of respect for teachers and education in the whole society, and strengthening the self-maintenance of teachers' mental health. We should promote teachers' honesty in teaching, establish good teacher-student relations, actively participate in continuing education, carry out career planning, establish correct values, and create a relaxed psychological environment.
