试析课堂教学中教师的情感因素

【摘要】：教师的情感因素是构成教师对学生心理反映和心理态度的本质成分,是决定教师心理反映和态度好恶的原因或条件。教师的情感因素按其产生的原因不同,可以分为教师的心理素质、教师的价值取向、教师的道德品质、教师的能力、教师的评价标准和教师的需求等。在课堂教学过程中,教师的情感因素不仅直接影响教师的教学效果,而且影响着学生学习的各个环节和整个过程,是课堂教学得以顺利实施的先决条件。教师必须正确认识情感因素在课堂教学过程中的作用,同时要重视积极情感因素的培养。
[Abstract]:Teachers' emotional factors are the essential components of teachers' psychological reflection and attitude towards students, and are the reasons or conditions that determine teachers' psychological responses and attitudes. The teachers' emotional factors are different according to their causes. It can be divided into teacher's psychological quality, teacher's value orientation, teacher's moral quality, teacher's ability, teacher's evaluation standard and teacher's demand. Teachers' emotional factors not only directly affect the teaching effect of teachers, but also affect all aspects of students' learning and the whole process. Teachers must correctly understand the role of affective factors in the process of classroom teaching and attach importance to the cultivation of positive affective factors.
