延边地区城市教师休闲体育现状及制约因素研究

【摘要】: 本文通过问卷调查法、访问调查法、文献资料法等研究方法从现状研究和制约因素研究两方面论述了延边地区城市教师休闲体育参与状况。 在休闲体育现状调查研究涉及教师对身心健康认知程度,对我国推行阳光体育运动的认识、体育人口、参与动机、面临的问题等。调查中发现,延边地区城市教师身心健康认知呈现出多层次性,身体经常感到疲劳、运动不足、精神经常疲劳排在了前三位。教师对我国推行阳光体育运动完全了解的教师仅占三分之一,绝大部分教师对阳光体育运动还不太了解,说明教师并未十分重视我国推行的体育政策法规。由于教师从事的体育锻炼项目日益多样化,目前学校拥有的场地设施已不能满足教师需求,因此建立配套场所和开放场馆成为了教师对单位职工体育最为强烈的要求及愿望。 教师行业受传统思想的束缚,教师往往在“身正为范”的思想下,不但自己不予休闲,对学生也是不予休闲教育,近一年没有参加过体育运动的教师达到了21.5%。同时,学校课程安排不规律等种种原因使教师参与体育活动的频率表现出不规律性,参与体育活动的时间较短,参与体育活动强度以较低强度为主。因此在项目的选择上主要以散步、跑步、登山、羽毛球、乒乓球等简单易行,易于实施的项目为主。教师受教育程度普遍较高,在参与体育的目的上除为了增进健康外,提高生活质量也是主要动机之一。 制约因素上,不同性别、不同民族教师内在心理制约、人际间制约以及结构性制约未显现出差异性,但从均值看女性教师受制约程度高于男性教师,朝鲜族教师高于汉族教师;已婚教师与未婚教师在结构性制约存在显著性差异;大中小学教师在人际间制约和结构性制约上都表现出差异性;不同年龄教师在三个制约维度上未显现出差异性,但均值显示年龄越大受内在心理性制约程度越大,30-40岁年龄教师受人际间制约程度最高,年龄越大受结构性制约越小;收入越高,受内在心理性制约和人际间制约越低,受结构性制约程度越高;不同学历教师在休闲制约的三个维度上无显著性差异。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the participation of urban teachers in leisure sports in Yanbian area from two aspects, which are questionnaire survey, interview survey, literature review and so on.
The teachers involved in the cognitive degree of physical and mental health in the study of leisure sports present situation investigation, understanding, implementation of sunshine sports in our country sports population, participation motivation, problems and so on. The survey found that Yanbian City Teachers' physical and mental health cognition shows many levels, the body often feel fatigue, lack of exercise, mental fatigue often ranked in the top three. On the implementation of the sunshine sports teachers fully understand our teachers accounted for only 1/3, the vast majority of teachers of sunshine sports also do not know, that teachers did not attach great importance to China's implementation of sports policy and regulations. The teachers engaged in sports training projects have become increasingly diverse, currently the school has facilities have been can not meet the needs of teachers, thus supporting the establishment of places and open venues became teachers as the most requirements and the strong desire of the staff sports units.
The teaching profession by the shackles of traditional thinking, teachers are often in the "fan who is" thinking, not only their own not leisure, leisure education for students is not nearly a year, did not participate in the sports teachers reached 21.5%. at the same time, the school curriculum is not the law reasons for the teachers to participate in physical activity frequency performance that is not regular, participate in sports activities in a relatively short time, to participate in sports activities mainly strength and lower strength. Therefore, the choice of the project mainly walking, jogging, hiking, badminton, table tennis is simple, easy to implement projects. Teachers generally higher level of education, the purpose of participating in sports in addition in order to improve health, improve the quality of life is also one of the main motivations.
Different gender, different ethnic factors, teachers' inner psychological condition, interpersonal constraint and structural constraint does not show a difference, but from the average female teachers is restricted by higher than male teachers, Korean teachers is higher than that of the Han teachers; married teachers and unmarried teachers have significant differences in the structural constraints and constraints of primary school teachers; in the interpersonal and structural constraints have shown differences; teachers of different ages in the three dimension constraints showing no difference, but the average age is the inner psychological restriction degree, the 30-40 age teachers by the degree of interpersonal constraints is the highest age structural constraints is smaller; the higher the income and by inner psychological constraints and interpersonal constraints is lower, the higher degree of structural constraints; the teachers had no significant difference in the three dimensions of leisure constraints on Difference.
