【摘要】: 当今学校道德教育实效性不高的主要原因是主体性的培养在道德教育领域仍是一个相对薄弱的环节。时代发展需要具备主体性道德人格的人,道德教育现状既不适应社会发展的要求,也不适应现代人自身发展的需要,急需道德教育工作者有所作为。 在本研究课题中,主体性道德教育是坚持“社会本位”和“个人本位”两种价值观相互融合的道德教育理论;是充分发挥受教育者在道德教育过程中的主体性,在道德教育认知和实践中发挥他们的能动性、自主性和创造性,提高受教育者的道德自律水平,使受教育者成为具有道德创造能力的道德个体,在社会生活中实现自身价值的一种道德教育理论。在主体性道德教育的理论内涵的基础上,构建主体性道德教育模式,坚持“社会发展”和“个人需要”的和谐统一,科学确立主体性道德教育目标、内容的原则,注意使用能使受教育者积极参与的道德教育方法,发展“以人为本”的评价模式。 本研究课题丰富和发展了道德教育理论体系,从理论根源上找到主体性道德教育存在的合理性根源和理论基石,为道德教育构建一个深厚的哲学根基;增强了道德教育的实效性和说服力,从而有利于促进社会主义和谐社会的建设,有利于现实的个人的自由而全面发展,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。
[Abstract]:The main reason why the actual effect of school moral education is not high is that the cultivation of subjectivity is still a relatively weak link in the field of moral education. The present situation of moral education does not meet the needs of social development nor modern people's own development, so it is urgent for moral educators to do something. In this research topic, the subjective moral education is the moral education theory which adheres to the two values of "social standard" and "individual standard". It is to give full play to the subjectivity of the educatee in the process of moral education, to give play to their initiative, autonomy and creativity in the cognition and practice of moral education, and to improve the moral self-discipline of the educatee. To make the educatee become the moral individual with the ability of moral creation and realize his own value in the social life on the basis of the theoretical connotation of subjective moral education. Construct the subjective moral education mode, adhere to the harmonious unity of "social development" and "individual needs", and scientifically establish the principle of the objective and content of subjective moral education. Pay attention to using the method of moral education which can make the educatee participate actively, and develop the evaluation mode of "people-oriented". This research topic has enriched and developed the moral education theory system, from the theoretical origin to find the subjective moral education existence rationality root and the theory foundation stone, constructs a deep philosophy foundation for the moral education; It enhances the effectiveness and persuasion of moral education, which is conducive to the construction of a harmonious socialist society and to the free and all-round development of realistic individuals, which is of great theoretical and practical significance.
