高师教育技术公共课课程建设的研究与实践

【摘要】:随着全国教育信息化发展和教师职业化的推行,教育技术能力已成为现代教师必备的基本素质,作为培养职前教师教育技术能力的高师现代教育技术公共课(以下简称教育技术课)一段时期以来,顺应时代需要,得到迅速发展。 目前所有高师都开设了教育技术课,以适应教育信息化对教师教育技术能力的需求。但教育技术课起步较晚,面对教育信息化对教师教育技术能力需求的快速增长,教育技术课明显准备不足,表现在理论建设滞后于实践需要,开设教育技术课的高师数量及投资规模虽然得到迅速扩张,但课程内涵建设相对迟缓,这种失调发展,导致过去积存在教育技术课课程建设中的定位不清、教学任务不明等问题,变得越发凸出。教育技术课发展步伐由此变得滞重,甚至现倒退。 在此背景下,开展高师教育技术课程建设研究具有现实意义。作者从教育技术课核心的,也是容易被想当然的课程定位问题入手,推展开来,进行教育技术课建设研究与实践。笔者认为,教育技术课的课程定位经历了三个阶段,也是三个层次,第一层次是电教媒体使用,,第二层次是教育技术在学科中的运用,第三层次是信息技术与课程整合。在高师学生信息素养普遍提高的情况下,根据中学实践需要和教育部有关文件精神,教育技术课应定位在第三个层次上。 在此基础上。笔者以我国第八次基础教育课程改革的思想为指导,就教育技术课定位密切相关的教学目标体系建设、教学内容选择、教材建设、教学时间、教学方法、教学环境建设以及教育技术课与计算机基础课、教育学、心理学及学科教学法课程的关系等诸多问题开展研究,最后提出个人见解,并在实践中得以验证。
[Abstract]:With the development of national education informatization and the implementation of professionalization of teachers, the ability of educational technology has become the essential quality of modern teachers. As a common course of modern educational technology (hereinafter referred to as "Educational Technology course") in teachers' colleges and universities, it has developed rapidly in accordance with the needs of the times. At present, all teachers' colleges have set up educational technology courses to meet the demands of educational informatization on teachers' educational technical ability. However, the educational technology courses have started relatively late, and faced with the rapid growth of educational informatization's demand for teachers' educational technical ability, The obvious lack of preparation for educational technology courses is manifested in the fact that theoretical construction lags behind the needs of practice. Although the number of teachers' colleges and the scale of investment of educational technology courses have been rapidly expanded, the curriculum connotation construction is relatively slow. As a result, some problems such as unclear orientation and unclear teaching tasks in the course construction of educational technology have been accumulated in the past. As a result, the pace of the development of educational technology has become more and more serious and even retrogressive. Under this background, it is of practical significance to carry out the research on the curriculum construction of educational technology in normal universities. The author believes that the curriculum orientation of educational technology course has experienced three stages and three levels, the first level is the use of audio-visual media, the second level is the application of educational technology in the subject, the first level is the use of audio-visual media, the second level is the application of educational technology in the subject. The third level is the integration of information technology and curriculum. With the general improvement of the information literacy of normal college students, according to the needs of the practice of middle school and the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, the course of educational technology should be positioned at the third level. On this basis, the author, guided by the thought of 8th basic education curriculum reform in our country, aims at the construction of teaching target system, the choice of teaching content, the construction of teaching material, the teaching time and teaching method, which are closely related to the orientation of educational technology course. The construction of teaching environment and the relationship between educational technology courses and computer basic courses, pedagogy, psychology and subject teaching methods are studied. Finally, personal opinions are put forward and verified in practice.
