论教育过程公平与学生的差异性

【摘要】：教育公平可分为追求受教育者群体之间公平的宏观层面的教育公平和追求受教育者个体之间公平的微观层面的教育公平,宏观层面和微观层面的教育公平都可以分为起点公平、过程公平和结果公平3个层次,促进教育过程的公平是实现教育公平的关键和保证。学生的文化背景、生活环境和遗传因素所导致的差异性,对实现宏观层面和微观层面的教育过程公平都带来了负面的影响。要促进教育过程的公平,必须针对学生的差异性,采取有效的改革措施。
[Abstract]:The educational fairness can be divided into the macro level of pursuing the fairness among the educated groups and the micro level of pursuing the equity among the educated individuals, and the educational fairness at the macro level and the micro level can be divided into the starting point fairness. Process equity and outcome equity are three levels. Promoting the equity of educational process is the key and guarantee to realize educational fairness. The differences caused by students' cultural background, living environment and genetic factors, In order to promote the fairness of educational process, it is necessary to take effective reform measures according to the differences of students.
