小规模班级教育的促进性因素与推进策略

【摘要】:班级规模对学生的发展具有重要影响。近年来,小规模班级使得教师对个体的关注成为可能,给学生提供了更多的参与机会,为教师开放课堂提供了条件,对学生长远发展具有积极的影响,因此,小规模班级成为许多国家的教育政策选择。为充分发挥小规模班级教育的潜力,需要以下四个层面的共同努力:学区应提供支持性条件和政策引导;学校应加强改革执行力和改革认同;教师应掌握专门性知识和精致实践;家庭要了解各阶段进展并配合改进。
[Abstract]:Class size has an important impact on the development of students. In recent years, small classes have made it possible for teachers to pay attention to individuals, provided more opportunities for students to participate, and provided conditions for teachers to open their classrooms. It has a positive impact on the long-term development of students. Therefore, small class has become the educational policy choice in many countries. It needs the following four levels of joint efforts: school district should provide supportive conditions and policy guidance, schools should strengthen the reform implementation and reform recognition, teachers should master specialized knowledge and delicate practice; Families need to keep track of progress at all stages and work with improvement.
