高职新生心理健康影响因素研究

【摘要】： 目的：探究高职新生心理健康与情绪稳定性、自尊、社会支持、近期生活事件、儿童心理虐待和忽视之间的关系。方法：采用方便取样,选取湖南省某职业技术学院2007级医学专业新生的740名,用症状自评量表、艾森克人格调查问卷-N维度、自尊量表、社会支持量表、青少年生活事件量表、儿童心理虐待和忽视量表进行测查。采用结构方程模型和层次回归方法进行分析。结果：儿童心理虐待和忽视对高职新生心理健康、情绪稳定性、自尊有直接影响(β=0.13,-0.20,-0.21,均P0.001)；近期生活事件对高职新生心理健康、情绪稳定性、自尊有直接影响(β=0.17,-0.39,-0.28,均P0.001)。自尊在儿童心理虐待和忽视与高职新生心理健康、近期生活事件与高职新生心理健康之间起中介作用(z=6.05,7.30,均P0.01)；情绪稳定性在儿童心理虐待和忽视与高职新生心理健康、近期生活事件与高职新生心理健康之间起中介作用(z=6.46,9.84,均P0.01)。社会支持在生活事件与心理健康之间起调节作用(F change(1,736)=13.41,P0.001)。结论：儿童心理虐待和忽视能够直接并通过自尊、情绪稳定性的中介作用间接影响高职新生的心理健康。生活事件能够直接并通过自尊、情绪稳定性的中介作用间接影响高职新生的心理健康。社会支持在生活事件与心理健康之间起调节作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between mental health, emotional stability, self-esteem, social support, recent life events, child psychological abuse and neglect. Methods: 740 medical freshmen of a vocational and technical college in Hunan province were selected by convenient sampling. The symptom checklist, Eysenck Personality questionnaire (Eysenck Personality questionnaire) -N dimension, self-esteem scale and social support scale were used. The adolescent life events scale and child psychological abuse and neglect scale were used to test the results. The structural equation model and hierarchical regression method were used to analyze them. Results: children's psychological abuse and neglect had direct effects on mental health, emotional stability and self-esteem of vocational freshmen (尾 -0.13-0.20 -0.21, all P 0.001), recent life events had a direct effect on mental health and emotional stability of vocational freshmen. Self-esteem had a direct effect (尾 -0.17- 0.39 -0.28, all P 0.001). Self-esteem in children's psychological abuse and neglect and higher vocational freshmen's mental health, The relationship between recent life events and the mental health of freshmen in higher vocational colleges was 6.057.30, all of which were P0.01.The emotional stability was found in children's psychological abuse and neglect, and the mental health of vocational freshmen. The relationship between recent life events and mental health of freshmen in higher vocational colleges plays an intermediary role, each of which is P0.010.The social support plays an important role in regulating the relationship between life events and mental health, and social support plays an important role in regulating the relationship between life events and mental health, and social support plays an important role in regulating the relationship between life events and mental health. Conclusion: child psychological abuse and neglect can directly and through self-esteem, emotional stability of the intermediary role indirectly affect the mental health of vocational freshmen, life events can directly and through self-esteem. The mediating role of emotional stability indirectly affects the mental health of the freshmen in higher vocational colleges, and social support plays a regulating role between life events and mental health.
