上海市金山区外省市引进教师发展现状调研及对策思考

【摘要】: 在当前全面推进素质教育的过程中,基础教育课程改革是一个关键环节,而实施和推进课程改革的基本力量是教师队伍。因此加强教师队伍建设,促进教师专业发展,是教育现代化发展的必然要求。上海提出在“十一五”期间要率先实现教育现代化的目标,其中的一个重要任务是要加快推进郊区教育事业发展,促进城乡教育均衡发展。金山区作为上海的远郊,由于师资队伍的短缺,近几年从外省市引进的青年教师比例不断攀升。但也由于各种原因,外省市引进教师的流动性比较大。因此,关注这批教师的工作学习生活状况,稳定他们的职业意向,促进他们的专业发展,对于金山教育未来的发展有着十分重要的意义。广而言之,市郊外省市引进教师队伍的建设也是上海教育率先实现现代化、促进城乡教育一体化均衡发展的重要一环。本文在教师专业发展理论的指导下,把握特定教师群体(在本文中是指外省市引进教师群体)发展的多个侧面,在此设定上设计调查、展开分析,并进行对策思考。通过问卷、访谈及个案研究等方法,从生活满意度状况、教育教学状况,以及职业发展状况等方面进行调研,以期把握外省市引进教师在金山的发展现状。通过对调查结果的分析,既了解他们在发展中的优势,又从中找到发展中的主要问题,并由此提出相应的政策对策和管理措施,以促进他们更好发展,使他们尽可能安心、舒心地在金山这块热土上,为推进郊区教育发展、为上海率先实现教育现代化而贡献自己的青春和智慧。
[Abstract]:In the process of promoting quality-oriented education in an all-round way, the curriculum reform of basic education is a key link, and the basic force of carrying out and promoting the curriculum reform is the teaching team. Therefore, we should strengthen the construction of teachers' ranks and promote the professional development of teachers. It is an inevitable requirement for the development of educational modernization. Shanghai has proposed to take the lead in realizing the goal of educational modernization during the 11th Five-Year Plan period. One of the important tasks is to speed up the development of education in the suburbs. Promoting balanced development of education between urban and rural areas. Jinshan District, as a suburb of Shanghai, is facing a shortage of teachers. In recent years, the proportion of young teachers imported from other provinces and cities has been increasing. However, for various reasons, Therefore, we should pay attention to the working, learning and living conditions of these teachers, stabilize their professional intentions, and promote their professional development. It is of great significance for the future development of Jinshan education. Broadly speaking, the construction of teachers introduced from provinces and cities outside Shanghai is also the first to modernize education in Shanghai. Under the guidance of the theory of teachers' professional development, this paper grasps many aspects of the development of specific groups of teachers (in this paper refers to the introduction of teacher groups in other provinces and cities). Through the methods of questionnaire, interview and case study, the research is carried out from the aspects of life satisfaction, education and teaching, as well as the status of career development. Through the analysis of the investigation results, we can not only understand their advantages in the development, but also find out the main problems in the development, and then put forward the corresponding policy countermeasures and management measures. In order to promote their better development, make them as secure as possible, comfortable in the hot land of Jinshan, in order to promote the development of education in the suburbs, for Shanghai to take the lead in the realization of educational modernization and contribute their youth and wisdom.
