【摘要】：俄罗斯社会转型已进入第20个年头,期间的教育改革一直持续。本文将这20年分成"叶利钦时代"、"普京时代"和"梅普组合时代"三个阶段,分别考察各个阶段中俄罗斯教育改革的特点与存在的问题,试图在俄罗斯社会政治、经济转型的大背景之下分析其教育改革20年的得与失。
[Abstract]:Russia's social transformation has entered its 20 th year, during which the educational reform has continued.This paper divides the 20 years into three stages: the Yeltsin era, the Putin era and the Mayp combination era, and examines the characteristics and existing problems of Russian educational reform in each stage.Under the background of economic transformation, the author analyzes the gains and losses of his education reform in 20 years.
