在校大学生网络学习适应性整合性干预模式探究

【摘要】： 随着高校教育信息化基础设施的建设和发展,一些院校也开始鼓励和支持校内课程开发数字化课程资源,在网上开展一些教学活动,普通高校的精品课程建设和网络教学进入了发展的春天。众所周知,教学是为学习服务的。所以,研究在校大学生的网络学习状况,分析影响学习效果的因素,并根据影响因素相应地调整教学设计和教学策略,从而获得良好的学习绩效才是教学的最终目的。本文采用调查问卷和访谈的方法对河南某几所普通本科高校的在校大学生的网络学习状况进行研究。研究发现,制约大学生网络学习成效的主要原因在于学习者、学习伙伴和学习环境三大因素,所以如何提高学习者的兴趣和综合能力,如何加强交互质量,如何弥补学习环境和学习资源的不足,以及如何把这三大层面的工作整合起来,从而提高学习者的网络学习质量,提高学习者的学习适应性和综合素质就成为现阶段网络教学研究的一个重要方面。大学生在网络环境下的学习适应性强弱,不仅对学业和心理健康发展有着直接影响,同时对社会未来的发展具有潜在的重要价值。但是,与传统学习一样,网络教学也存在学习适应不良的现象,而且呈现新的、更加复杂的特点。具体表现在知识掌握不足、运用知识解决问题的能力不强、学习主体性缺失等,造成网络迷失和网络成瘾的恶果,严重影响了网络学习质量的提高。论文首先对网络学习适应性和自我管理学习进行了概述,在问卷调查的基础上详细分析了影响网络学习效果的因素；其次,针对影响因素,提出合理对策,并在自我管理学习表征模型的基础上提出整合性干预模式；然后,以Moodle为平台基础进行整合性干预模式实施,利用调查问卷对实施效果进行调查和分析。最后,总结全文并对研究方向进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the construction and development of the information infrastructure of education in Colleges and universities, some colleges have begun to encourage and support the development of digital curriculum resources in the school, and carry out some teaching activities on the Internet. The construction of high quality courses and network teaching in ordinary colleges and universities have entered the spring of development. As we all know, teaching is for learning. The university students' network learning situation, analyses the factors that affect the learning effect, and adjusts the teaching design and teaching strategies according to the influencing factors accordingly, so as to obtain good learning performance is the ultimate goal of teaching.
This paper uses questionnaires and interviews to study the network learning situation of college students in some colleges and universities in Henan. It is found that the main reason for restricting the effectiveness of College Students' network learning lies in the three factors, the learners, the learning partners and the learning environment, so how to improve the learners' interest and comprehensive ability, How to strengthen the interactive quality, how to make up the lack of learning environment and learning resources, and how to integrate the three major levels of work, so as to improve the quality of learners' network learning, and to improve the learning adaptability and comprehensive quality of the learners have become an important aspect of the current network teaching research.
College Students' learning adaptability under the network environment not only has a direct impact on the development of academic and mental health, but also has a potential important value for the future development of the society. However, like traditional learning, network teaching also has the phenomenon of learning adaptation, and presents new and more complex characteristics. Lack of knowledge, lack of ability to use knowledge to solve problems, lack of learning subjectivity, and so on, cause the bad results of network loss and Internet addiction, which seriously affect the improvement of network learning quality.
This paper first summarizes the network learning adaptability and self-management learning, and analyses the factors that affect the effect of network learning on the basis of the questionnaire survey. Secondly, it puts forward the reasonable countermeasures against the influencing factors and puts forward the integrated intervention model based on the self-management learning characterization model. Then, the Moodle is the platform. Based on the implementation of the integrated intervention model, we conducted a survey and analysis of the implementation effect. Finally, we summarized the whole paper and prospected the research direction.
