4~6岁儿童同伴冲突解决策略发展特点及相关影响因素的研究

【摘要】: 同伴冲突解决策略是同伴交往中一项十分重要的技能,它直接影响到一个人的社会适应状况,因此对有效地解决同伴间的冲突具有长远的社会价值与实际意义。而幼儿期、儿童期又是人社会性发展最迅速的时期,因此研究儿童同伴冲突解决的策略的特点就显得尤为重要。而基于目前国内同伴冲突解决策略相关因素的研究,特别是4~6岁这个年龄阶段的研究并不多见,因此本研究选取被试4、5、6岁儿童126名,男女比例相当,主要采用问卷法和故事访谈法分别从儿童本身特点、家庭因素及幼儿园教育三个角度来探讨4~6岁儿童同伴冲突解决策略的相关影响因素,其中儿童本身特点选取儿童的气质和多元智能水平作为指标,家庭因素选取父母教养方式作为指标,而幼儿园教育则选取蒙氏混龄班与普通同龄班作为对比。 结果表明:(1)4~6岁儿童在同伴冲突解决策略的成熟程度上存在显著的年龄差异,整体发展趋势是随着年龄的增长冲突解决策略的应用更加成熟。同时,4~6岁儿童在问题解决、求助和忽视策略的使用频率上也存在年龄差异。其中,问题解决策略策略的使用频率随着年龄的增长呈上升的趋势;而忽视策略和求助的使用频率随着年龄的增长呈下降的趋势。(2) 4~6岁儿童同伴冲突解决策略的成熟程度上不存在显著的性别差异,整体上女孩得分略高于男孩。但在具体策略的使用频率上,攻击策略存在性别差异,其中,男孩比女孩更倾向于使用攻击策略。(3)4~6岁儿童同伴冲突解决策略成熟程度的发展与儿童的气质、多元智能水平以及教养方式存在密切关系。儿童多元智能中的语言智能、人际智能,气质的活动性和父母教养方式中的民主型一起可以预测儿童同伴冲突解决策略的发展。(4)混龄教育会对儿童同伴冲突解决策略的成熟产生促进作用。
[Abstract]:Peer conflict resolution strategy is a very important skill in peer communication, which directly affects a person's social adaptation, so it has long-term social value and practical significance for effectively resolving peer conflict. However, childhood is the most rapid development period of human sociality, so it is very important to study the characteristics of children's peer conflict resolution strategies. However, there are few studies on the factors related to peer conflict resolution strategies in China, especially at the age of 4 to 6 years. Therefore, 126 children aged from 4 to 5 years old were selected in this study, and the ratio of male and female was equal. Questionnaire and story interview were used to explore the influencing factors of children's peer conflict resolution strategies from the following three perspectives: children's own characteristics, family factors and kindergarten education. Among them, children's temperament and multiple intelligence level are chosen as indicators, family factors choose parental rearing style as indicators, and kindergarten education selects Mongolian mixed age class and ordinary same age class as the comparison. The results showed that there was a significant age difference in the maturity of peer conflict resolution strategies among the children aged 6 years old. The overall development trend was that the application of conflict resolution strategies was more mature with the increase of age. At the same time, there were age differences in the frequency of problem solving, help-seeking and neglect strategies. Among them, the frequency of using problem-solving strategies increases with the increase of age. However, there was no significant gender difference in the maturity of peer conflict resolution strategies among 4- year old children, and the overall score of girls was slightly higher than that of boys. However, in terms of the frequency of use of specific strategies, there were gender differences in attack strategies, among which boys were more likely than girls to use attack strategies. The mature degree of peer conflict resolution strategies and the temperament of children were more likely to be used in children aged 6 years. The level of multiple intelligences and rearing style are closely related. Language intelligence, interpersonal intelligence in children's multiple intelligences, The movement of temperament and the democratic type in parental rearing style can predict the development of children's peer conflict resolution strategies. 4) the mixed age education can promote the maturity of children's peer conflict resolution strategies.
