认知行为团体辅导改善高职新生抑郁情绪的实验研究

【摘要】: 研究背景:抑郁是一种常见的负性情绪,在高职生群体中,随着竞争的激烈和就业的压力,高职生抑郁的发生率呈现不断增长的趋势,中轻度抑郁的学生在数量上远远超过重度抑郁症患者,且对个体和社会造成的消极影响不亚于抑郁症患者。本文通过对高职新生实施认知行为团体辅导,探讨认知行为团体辅导对改善高职新生抑郁情绪的作用,对高职院校心理健康辅导具有重要的理论和实践意义。 研究目的:(1)了解高职新生抑郁情绪的基本状况;(2)探索认知行为团体辅导对改善高职新生的自尊、自动思维、应付方式、社会支持及其对抑郁情绪改善的意义。 研究对象及方法:以山西省某高职院校2008年入校的945名专科新生为基线调查对象,用临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、抑郁体验问卷(DEQ)作为基线测量工具;通过一定的标准筛选出被试76名,随机分为实验组和对照组,采用自动思维问卷(ATQ)、抑郁体验问卷(DEQ)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、应对方式行为评定量表、自尊量表、社会支持评定量表(SSES)、自编的团体活动成员反馈表作为团体心理辅导前后测量工具;采用SPSS13.0进行统计分析,用均数和标准差进行统计描述,采用t检验、方差分析、多元逐步回归分析等统计方法进行分析,P0.05有统计学意义。 研究结果: (1)基线调查结果:本研究显示,SCL-90检测出抑郁因子≥2的人占14.3%,有127人;抑郁自评的测查中,轻度和中度抑郁的人数有262人,占总调查人数的29.7%,重度抑郁16人,占1.8%。 (2)团体辅导效果评价:团体辅导前后抑郁自评得分、抑郁体验总分、抑郁体验无助因子、内射因子、自动思维得分、自尊得分、应付方式解决问题因子、求助因子、自责因子、社会支持总分、客观社会支持因子、主观社会支持因子、对支持的利用度因子差异有统计学意义(P0.05);入选水准为0.05,剔除水准为0.10,逐步回归分析结果显示,影响抑郁自评改变量的主要因素有组别、自动思维改变量、内射改变量、退避改变量。 结论:认知行为团体心理辅导对于改善高职生抑郁情绪是有效的;团体心理辅导可以改善高职生的自尊、自动思维、应付方式以及社会支持,这对改善大学生的抑郁体验和抑郁自评都是有效的。
[Abstract]:Background: depression is a common negative emotion. In higher vocational students, with the intense competition and the pressure of employment, the incidence of depression in higher vocational students is increasing, and the students with mild depression are far more than those with severe depression, and the negative effects on individual and society are no less than depression. In this paper, the effect of cognitive behavior group guidance on the depression of Higher Vocational Freshmen is discussed by implementing group guidance of cognitive behavior in Higher Vocational College, which has important theoretical and practical significance for psychological health guidance in higher vocational colleges.
The purpose of this study is: (1) to understand the basic status of depression in Higher Vocational Freshmen; (2) to explore the significance of cognitive behavior group guidance on improving the self-esteem, automatic thinking, coping style, social support and the improvement of depression in higher vocational college students.
Subjects and methods: 945 junior college students enrolled in a higher vocational college in Shanxi province were used as baseline survey subjects in 2008. The clinical symptom self rating scale (SCL-90), self rating Depression Scale (SDS) and depression experience questionnaire (DEQ) were used as baseline measurement tools, and 76 subjects were selected by certain criteria and randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Automatic thinking questionnaire (ATQ), depression experience questionnaire (DEQ), self rating Depression Scale (SDS), coping style behavior assessment scale, self-esteem scale, social support rating scale (SSES), self-made group members feedback table as a measurement tool before and after group counseling; statistical analysis using SPSS13.0, using mean and standard deviation to make statistical drawings. The data were analyzed by t test, ANOVA and stepwise regression analysis. P0.05 was statistically significant.
The results of the study:
(1) the results of the baseline survey: This study showed that 14.3% of the people with depressive factors more than 2 were detected by SCL-90, and 127 were found. There were 262 people with mild to moderate depression, 29.7% of the total number of respondents, 16 of severe depression, and 16 in 1.8%..
(2) group guidance effect evaluation: depression self evaluation score, depression experience total score, depression experience helplessness factor, injective factor, automatic thinking score, self-esteem score, coping style problem solving factor, help factor, self reproach factor, social support total score, objective social support factor, subjective social support factor, support benefit There were statistical significance (P0.05), the level of admission was 0.05, and the elimination level was 0.10. The results of stepwise regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting the depressive self evaluation variables were group, automatic thinking change, injective change and withdrawal change.
Conclusion: cognitive behavior group psychological counseling is effective to improve the depression of higher vocational students. Group psychological guidance can improve the self-esteem, automatic thinking, coping style and social support of higher vocational students, which are effective in improving the depression experience and self evaluation of depression.
