大学生自我概念对心理健康水平的影响

【摘要】:大学时期是个人发展过程中非常关键的阶段。在这个阶段中,大学生的心理健康水平制约着大学生各方面的发展。自我概念作为一个复杂的心理系统,也是个人人格结构的重要基础,对个体心理健康水平有着重要的影响。本研究以Fitts编制的田纳西自我概念量表(TSCS,台湾林邦杰修订版)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)为研究工具,运用SPSS17.0统计软件,调查分析了512名大学生自我概念和心理健康的主要特点以及两者之间的关系。通过相关分析、回归分析及方差分析,得出以下几个结论: (1)大学生自我概念大部分维度上存在性别上的显著差异。 (2)大学生自我概念大部分维度上不存在显著的专业差异。 (3)不同年级大学生自我概念差异显著,大三年级的自我概念比较消极,大四年级的自我概念最积极。 (4)独生子女在家庭自我、社会自我和自我满意维度得分显著高于非独生子女。 (5)大学生自我概念存在显著的城乡差异,农村来源的大学生自我概念最消极。 (6)不同学业水平大学生在自我概念的各个维度上均存在显著差异,学业水平为下的大学生自我概念更为消极。 (7)大学生SCL-90各因子得分除了躯体化、敌对和偏执外,其他各因子均显著高于中国成人常模水平。 (8)大学生SCL-90量表平均分的差异分析表明,在性别、家庭来源和是否为独生子女上存在差异,不存在年级、专业上的差异。 (9)自我概念高分组大学生SCL-90的各因子得分均显著低于自我概念低分组。 (10)大学生自我概念中自我批评与SCL-90得分呈正相关,其他因子与SCL-90得分呈负相关。 (11)大学生自我概念对SCL-90平均分有较强的负向预测作用。本文的研究结论充实了大学生自我概念和心理健康的研究成果,可以为提高大学生心理健康水平、更好地培养大学生的自我概念提供一些帮助。
[Abstract]:College is a critical stage in the process of personal development. In this stage, the level of mental health of college students restricts the development of all aspects of college students. As a complex psychological system, self-concept is also an important basis of individual personality structure, which has an important impact on the level of individual mental health. In this study, the Tennessee Self-concept scale (TSCS, revised edition by Lin Bangjie, Taiwan) and the symptom Checklist (SCL-90), developed by Fitts, were used as research tools, and SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used. The main characteristics of self-concept and mental health of 512 college students and the relationship between them were analyzed. Through correlation analysis, regression analysis and variance analysis, The conclusions are as follows: 1) there are significant gender differences in most dimensions of college students' self-concept, and 2) there is no significant difference in major differences in most dimensions of college students' self-concept. (3) there were significant differences in self-concept among different grades. The self-concept of the junior grade is relatively negative, and the self-concept of the senior grade is the most active. (4) the only child is in the family self. The scores of social self and self satisfaction were significantly higher than those of non-only children. The self-concept of college students from rural areas is the most negative. (6) there are significant differences in each dimension of self-concept among college students with different academic levels. In addition to somatization, hostility and bigotry, the scores of SCL-90 of college students were more negative. The analysis of the average score of SCL-90 scale of college students showed that there were differences in gender, family origin and whether they were only children, and there was no grade. The scores of each factor of SCL-90 in the high score group of self-concept were significantly lower than those in the low-score group of self-concept. 10) Self-criticism in self-concept of college students was positively correlated with the score of SCL-90. Other factors were negatively correlated with the score of SCL-90. (11) College students' self-concept had a strong negative predictive effect on the average score of SCL-90. The conclusion of this paper enriches the research results of college students' self-concept and mental health, and can provide some help for improving the level of college students' mental health and cultivating the self-concept of college students.
