[Abstract]:The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have recently issued the "outline of the National Medium- and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020" (hereinafter referred to as the "outline of the Education Plan") and issued a circular. The outline of the Education Plan is the first medium- and long-term education reform and development plan in China in the 21st century and will guide the national education reform in the future.
