网瘾青少年焦虑、抑郁状况及人格特征调查

【摘要】：目的:了解网瘾青少年的焦虑、抑郁状况及人格特征。方法:从本中心2005年12月-2009年12月期间收治入院的网瘾青少年中随机抽取50例进行焦虑、抑郁状况及人格特征调查。结果:SAS显示:50例调查对象中,轻度焦虑22例,中度焦虑18例,重度焦虑4例。SDS显示:轻度抑郁14例,中度抑郁2例,重度抑郁2例。EPQ显示:典型内向者13人,内向倾向者22人;典型情绪不稳者6人,情绪不稳倾向者23人。结论:在网瘾青少年中,存在焦虑、抑郁等精神障碍的患者占有相当大的比例,如果心理问题得不到适当、有效的引导和矫正,可能会使网瘾成为引发青少年精神疾病的一个重大因素。目前,除了对焦虑、抑郁等精神障碍加以适当的抗焦虑、抗抑郁药物治疗外,还需要进行心理治疗。另外,本调查提示:某些人格特征的青少年可能是网瘾的易感人群。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the anxiety, depression and personality characteristics of adolescents with internet addiction. Methods: from December 2005 to December 2009, 50 adolescents with internet addiction were randomly selected to investigate their anxiety, depression and personality characteristics. Results among the 50 subjects, 22 were mild anxiety, 18 were moderate anxiety, 4 were severe anxiety. SDS showed mild depression in 14 cases, moderate depression in 2 cases, severe depression in 2 cases. EPQ showed: typical introversion was 13 cases, introversion was 22 cases; Typical emotional instability of 6 people, emotional instability of 23 people. Conclusion: among the adolescents with internet addiction, the patients with anxiety, depression and other mental disorders occupy a large proportion, if the psychological problems are not properly, effective guidance and correction, It may make Internet addiction a major cause of adolescent mental illness. At present, psychological therapy is needed in addition to appropriate antianxiety and antidepressant drugs for mental disorders such as anxiety and depression. In addition, this study suggests that adolescents with certain personality traits may be susceptible to internet addiction.
