大学生公正心理初探

【摘要】：公正不仅是一种社会价值观,也是一种个体心理需求,在反思"徐梗荣事件"的基础上,研究者对大学生进行问卷调查和访谈,调查结果显示:1.大学生处于公正观形成的关键期;2.他们已经形成较高的公正推理能力;3.经过分析和讨论,研究者认为,大学生的公正性判断受到文化、社会角色与地位、道德教育等因素的影响。
[Abstract]:Justice is not only a kind of social value, but also a kind of individual psychological demand. On the basis of introspecting the "Xuji Rong incident", the researcher conducted questionnaires and interviews with college students. The results showed: 1. College students are in the critical period of the formation of justice; 2. They have developed a high level of fair reasoning; 3. Through analysis and discussion, the researcher thinks that the justice judgment of college students is influenced by culture, social role and status, moral education and so on.
