“大五”人格与应对方式对企业员工心理健康的影响研究

【摘要】: 本研究在探讨民营企业员工这一特殊群体“大五”人格、应对方式和心理健康之间相关关系的基础上,借鉴前人研究经验,运用多层回归分析探讨大五人格对心理健康的预测效应,及应对方式在其中的调节作用,以期获得相应的理论模型应用于指导民营企业员工的心理健康咨询。目的:探讨民营企业员工“大五”人格、应对方式对心理健康的影响,寻找成功的应对模型。方法:对长沙市6家民营企业456名被试进行问卷调查,并采用描述统计和多层回归分折的方法对数据进行分析。结论:除员工性别、教育程度和心理健康相关不显著外,其它控制变量(人口统计学变量)均与心理健康水平存在显著相关,各模型中的各预测变量与因变量有显著的线性关系,且变量的每一次进入都能够有效导致模型整体解释力的提高,宜人性×积极应对,宜人性×消极应对,智力×消极应对的交互效应都显著地影响企业员工的心理健康水平;宜人性×积极应对是企业员工心理健康的最佳应对模式。
[Abstract]:On the basis of discussing the relationship between "Big five" personality, coping style and mental health of the special group of private enterprise employees, this study draws lessons from previous research experience. The prediction effect of Big five personality on mental health and the regulating effect of coping style on mental health were discussed by using multilevel regression analysis, in order to obtain the corresponding theoretical model to guide the psychological health consultation of private enterprise employees. Objective: to explore the influence of "Big five" personality and coping style on mental health of private enterprise employees and to find a successful coping model. Methods: 456 subjects of 6 private enterprises in Changsha were investigated by questionnaire, and the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and multilevel regression analysis. Conclusion: except gender, education and mental health, other control variables (demographic variables) were significantly related to mental health. The predictive variables in each model have a significant linear relationship with dependent variables, and each entry of the variables can effectively improve the overall explanatory power of the model. The interaction effect of intelligence 脳 negative coping significantly affected the level of mental health of employees, and the best coping mode of employees was fit for human nature 脳 positive coping.
