大学生人格、防御方式与心理健康的相关性研究

【摘要】： 本研究在已有研究的基础上,采用问卷调查法,选取了上海的三所高校共332名被试,探讨了大学生的人格、防御方式及其与心理健康的关系。结果如下：1、大学生的防御方式比较研究中,大一新生与大四学生存在显著性差异。2、大学生人格的比较研究中,上海本地的大学生神经质显著低于外省市的大学生。3、心理健康的比较研究中,上海本地大学生与外省的市大学生有显著性差异,男女大学生有显著差异。4、在人格、防御方式与心理健康三者的关系上,心理健康与人格的神经质纬度显著相关,心理健康与防御方式中的不成熟防御机制显著相关,神经质与不成熟的防御方式显著相关。5、神经质、不成熟的防御方式对于心理健康一定的预测性。
[Abstract]:Based on the previous research, 332 subjects from three universities in Shanghai were selected to explore the relationship between personality, defense style and mental health. The results are as follows: 1. In the comparative study of defense style of college students, there are significant differences between freshmen and senior students. The neuroticism of local college students in Shanghai is significantly lower than that of college students in other provinces and cities. 3. In the comparative study of mental health, there is a significant difference between local college students in Shanghai and those in other provinces, and there is a significant difference between male and female college students. In terms of the relationship between defense style and mental health, mental health is significantly related to the neuroticism of personality, and mental health to immature defense mechanism in defense mode. Neuroticism is significantly associated with immature defense styles. 5. Neurotic and immature defense styles have a certain predictive effect on mental health.
