未成年人心理健康服务状况调查及体系建构

【摘要】: 开展未成年人心理健康服务,对国家和个人发展有重要意义。本研究目的在于,对国内针对未成年人开展心理健康服务的机构的现状进行了解,并挖掘已有成熟机构的先进经验,结合我国的传统文化和社会现状,分析提出适合我国国情的未成年人心理健康维护体系。 本研究是未成年人心理健康维护的研究领域中第一次对国内具有代表性的机构作综合研究,并深入剖析了机构的发展历程,呈现出各机构清晰的运作模式,具有很高的直接借鉴性,在研究视角上也具有一定的开创性。 本研究采用自编的调查问卷对国内11个省区的学校、医院、政府部门及社会机构进行调查,并对三所已经发展相对完善的未成年人心理健康服务的专门机构(苏州市未成年人健康成长指导中心、南京市中小学心理健康服务中心、石家庄市未成年人心理维护中心)进行深度访谈和第一手资料的收集。最后对所有资料进行分析比较,呈现国内未成年人心理服务的现状,并提出构建未成年人心理健康服务发展模式的建议。其中问卷调查,主要从机构设置及服务、队伍建设、管理及评估和政府支持进行调查。同时对学校的心理服务师资来源、心理健康教育管理、心理健康课程开展和教师对心理健康工作的困惑等问题开展调查。深度访谈针对三所机构中的管理人员和工作人员分别制定。对管理人员的访谈主要涉及:机构的发展、服务项目、队伍建设、本机构特色、感触和困惑、规划和希望,对工作人员的访谈主要涉及:工作性质、服务过程、培训成长、困惑和建议,并从机构的建立、资金来源、服务项目和已有成就几方面对访谈资料进行分析。 最后从政府支持、学校教育、社会资源方面对国内未成年人心理健康服务现状进行总结。并从政府、研究部门、学校、医院、专业机构、社会资源等方面出发提出未成年人心理健康服务体系建构的设想。
[Abstract]:The development of mental health services for minors is of great significance to national and personal development. The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of mental health services for minors in China, and to explore the advanced experience of mature institutions, combining with the traditional culture and social situation of our country. This paper analyzes and puts forward the mental health maintenance system of minors suitable for China's national conditions. This study is the first comprehensive study of representative institutions in China in the field of mental health maintenance of minors. Has the very high direct reference, also has the certain originality in the research angle of view. This study investigated the schools, hospitals, government departments and social institutions in 11 provinces and autonomous regions of China by using a self-designed questionnaire. And three specialized institutions that have developed relatively perfect mental health services for minors (Suzhou guidance Center for minors' Health growth, Nanjing Primary and Middle School Mental Health Service Center, Shijiazhuang City minors Psychological maintenance Center) for in-depth interviews and first-hand data collection. Finally, the author analyzes and compares all the data, presents the present situation of psychological service for minors in China, and puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the development mode of mental health service for minors. Among them, questionnaire, mainly from the establishment of institutions and services, team building, management and evaluation and government support survey. At the same time, the source of psychological service teachers, the management of mental health education, the development of mental health curriculum and the confusion of teachers to mental health work were investigated. In-depth interviews were designed for managers and staff in the three institutions. Interviews with managers mainly involve: development of the organization, service items, team building, characteristics of the organization, feelings and confusion, planning and hope. Interviews with the staff are mainly concerned with the nature of the work, the service process, the training and growth, This paper analyzes the interview data from the aspects of the establishment of the institution, the source of funds, the service project and the achievements. Finally, from the government support, school education, social resources to the status quo of mental health services for minors in China. And from the government, research departments, schools, hospitals, professional institutions, social resources and other aspects of the construction of mental health service system for minors.
