21世纪塞拉利昂基础教育体系研究

【摘要】:教育涉面很广,与许多其它很多部门都有联系,教育改革则是一个对整个教育体系带来系统化改变的过程,其中课程的发展和教育体系的运行是最经常的改革目标。本文的目标是评估和分析21世纪塞拉利昂的基本教育体系和教育改革,研究6-3-3-4教育体系中从小学到初中的9年制义务教育和2004教育法案,阐述千年发展计划中旨在完成100%的小学教育目标所带来的机会和挑战,研究不同类型教育课程设置的质量以及学生在该课程体系中的表现。论文研究的重点包括分析不同性别的表现、学生的经济能力以及对社会的影响,分析小学阶段和初中阶段不同性别、不同识字能力水平所占的比例,评价政府的教育政策和改革措施,并将这些政策的实施与世界银行发表的国家经济水平报告相对照。论文研究认为,教育将是打开塞拉利昂通向文明与繁荣的钥匙。
[Abstract]:Educational reform is a process that brings systematic change to the whole education system. The development of curriculum and the operation of educational system are the most frequent reform objectives. The objective of this paper is to assess and analyse the basic education system and educational reform in Sierra Leone in the 21st century, and to study the 9-year compulsory education and the 2004 Education Act in the 6-3-3-4 education system from primary to junior high school. This paper expounds the opportunities and challenges brought by the Millennium Development Plan aimed at achieving the 100% primary education target, and studies the quality of different types of education curriculum and the students' performance in the curriculum system. The research focuses on the analysis of gender performance, students' economic ability and their impact on society, and the proportion of different gender and literacy levels in primary and junior middle school. Evaluate the government's educational policies and reform measures and compare their implementation with the World Bank's national economic level report. The paper argues that education will be the key to civilization and prosperity in Sierra Leone.
